Снимают суставные поверхности с ладьевидной -кости и головки таранной кости. Достигнутое положение костей фикси зуют дистрак- ционно-компрессионным аппаратом, с помощью которого производ т низведение дистального фрагмента мелоберцо- вой кости и коррекцию деформации стопы .
