214 is conducted to the area of the pathological gum center, ensuring contact of the body 5 with the surface of the patient's tissue, and include a source 12 of vacuum. During the systole of the heart, the blood vessels are filled, which leads to a change in the luminous flux entering the radiator 21
При этом полость корпусаon the photodetector 22, and the sensor 20 of the pulse captures the pulse wave in the urine. ke ear (or lip). The signal from the sensor 20 through the amplifier 19 is supplied to the electromagnet 18, which is triggered and its rod moves the movable element 15 of the switch 8 to position II. In this case the body
5 Through fitting 6, hose 7, valve 13 and cavity 16 is connected to valve 10 connected through hose 11 with a vacuum source 12. A vacuum is created over the area of the gum center. Since the pulse sensor 20 is installed in the immediate vicinity of the pathological focus, the filling of blood vessels and the creation of a vacuum occurs simultaneously, which ensures a decrease in resistance to blood flow synchronously
с увеличением давлени крови синхронно с увеличением давлени в сосудах патологического очага,улучша их кровенаполнение.with an increase in blood pressure synchronously with an increase in pressure in the vessels of the pathological focus, improving their blood supply.
During diastole, the signal from the pulse sensor 20 disappears and the rod of the electromagnet 18 returns the movable element 15 of the switch 8 to the position I, the valve 13 is connected to the valve 14, and in the area of the pathological
Free flow of blood is carried out.
Pulsed exposure to vacuum during systole and removing it during diastole is carried out for 30-60 seconds. During this time, the removal of saliva is provided, while simultaneously improving microcirculation processes in periodontal tissues.

Под воздействием вакуума повышаетс проницаемость клеточных мембран, что способствует более глубокому воздействию высокочастотных разр дов на очаг поражени .Then, a high-frequency generator 1 is turned on. During the systole, the signal from the pulse sensor 20 is supplied to an electromagnet 18 and an I 2 circuit, permitting the passage of pulses from the generator 1 to the input of a high-voltage generator 3 and high-voltage pulses. affecting the area of the pathological focus simultaneously with the vacuum. Under the influence of vacuum, the permeability of cell membranes increases, which contributes to a deeper effect of high-frequency discharges on the lesion.
Мощность искровых разр дов до не обходимой величины устанавливают в зависимости от степени заболевани .The power of the spark bits to the required value is established depending on the degree of the disease.
3.At the moment of diastole, the high-frequency discharge is switched off with the vacuum due to the fact that the And 2 circuit receives a signal from the amplifier 19 prohibiting the passage of high-frequency pulses from the generator 1 to the input of the imaging unit 3.
The session time is set individually depending on the degree of the disease.
At the end of the treatment session, the vacuum source 12 is disconnected along with the power supply of the electromagnet 18, the generator 1 and the former 3. The movable element 15 of the switch 8 is set to position I, removing the vacuum from the impact point, after the electrode 4 together with the housing 5 is removed from the gum.
Все это ускор ет в 1,5-2 раза период лечени .Due to the fact that the periodontal treatment proceeds when the vacuum and high-frequency discharges affect the area of the nidus during the systolic pressure, and when the vacuum and high-frequency discharges are turned off during the diastolic pressure, the blood circulation in the periodontal tissues is restored and their metabolic processes improve . In addition, the pulsed exposure to vacuum does not cause hematomas, additionally provides a vacuum massage, stimulating regenerative processes in periodontal tissues. All this accelerates the treatment period 1.5-2 times.
