Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к стоматологии. Способ лечени кариеса зубов путем воздействи лазерным излучением. Дл уменьшени травматичности лечени и сокращени сроков препаровки воздействуют лучом иттрий-алюминиевого гранатового лазера с неозином при длине волны 2,94 мкм, длительностью импульса 100-500 мкс, мощностью 0,5-1 Дж/силы частотой 1 Гц, плотностью мощности 2 .10 4 +3.10 Вт/см 2 в течение 3-30 с. Эффект лечени объ сн етс совпадением примен емой длины волны со спектральными характеристиками тканей зуба, что ведет к наиболее полному поглощению излучени ткан ми и испарению последних. Применение способа позвол ет сократить сроки препаровки в 2-4 раза и значительно уменьшить травматичность лечени .This invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry. Проведено препарирование кариозной полости, 25 удаление разм гченного дентина 20 импульсами . Через каждые 5 импульсов боль- ным предлагалось ополоснуть рот раствором антисептика.
