Abstract
METHOD OF CORRECTING DENTAL DEFORES / CHACTIONS by moving teeth using an orthodontic appliance, characterized in that, in order to accelerate the treatment time, the alveolar process in the area of the moved teeth is additionally affected with an ultrasound frequency of 700-1000 kHz, intensity 0.2-0, 6 W / cm, in a pulse mode, with a pulse duration of 8-12 ms, with a duration of 8-12 minutes.

S O5 CO. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry and can be used in orthodontics. There is a known method for correcting the deformation of dental rows using an orthodontic apparatus mounted on teeth 1. The disadvantages of this method include the duration of treatment, which lasts 12-15 months. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the duration of the treatment. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of correcting the deformations of the tooth row by moving the teeth using an orthodontic apparatus, the alveolar process in the region of the moved teeth is additionally affected by an ultrasound frequency of 700 -1000 kHz, an intensity of 0.2-0.6 W / cm pulse mode, the pulse duration of 8-12 m. lasting 8-12 minutes. The method is carried out as follows. Ultrasound exposure is performed from a standard ultrasound therapy apparatus, for example, Ultrasound-T5, by sounding the skin in the projection area of the teeth by using a 1 cm radiator, the contact medium is petroleum jelly. Exposure was performed with pulsed ultrasound, the Hume pulse duration, intensity 0.4 W / cm, procedure duration 10 minutes, which are carried out daily for 10 days. After the end of ultrasound therapy, a retention apparatus is applied 10 days later. Example. Patient D., 9 years old. Diagnosis: narrowing of the lower tooth row, crowded position of the teeth. Korkhous model measurement data - the lower tooth row is narrowed by 3 mm. To restore the normal shape of the lower dentition, the chin of the mandible from the vestibular surface was voiced by a pulse ultrasound at a frequency of 880 kHz, with a pulse duration of 10 ms for 10 min every day for 10 days. After the sound was completed, a scrub plate on the caps with a screw was fixed to the lower jaw. The mode of activation of the screw 1/2 turn of the screw per week. Active treatment is completed after 3 months, the retention apparatus is applied. In the traditional method, the active period for treating such a deformity is 4-6 months. Thus, the use of ultrasound in orthodontic treatment increases plasticity and accelerates bone remodeling, which leads to an increase in the speed of movement of teeth and increases the effectiveness of orthodontic appliances, reduces the duration of treatment by two times and allows the orthopedic surgeon to increase the number of primary patients. The proposed method can be used in orthodontic cabinets and offices in outpatient conditions.
