Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к упако- вочно-фасовочной технике, а именно к средствам дл  упаковки в зких пастообразных продуктов, например кетчупа , горчицы зубной пасты и др. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение сохранности содержимого контейнера. Сплющиваемый контейнер содержит формованную головку 1, включающую цилиндрическую шейку, слоистый соединительный элемент 3 и трубчатый корпус 7. В нижней части формованной головки образован конический выступ 11, которым слоистый соединительный элемент 3 соедин етс  с формованной головкой 1. Выступ 11 отстоит от корпуса 7 на рассто ние, по меньщей мере в три раза превышающем толщину слоистого соединительного элемента 3. Верхний участок внутренней поверхности 4 соединительного элемента 3 может быть св зан с участком нижней поверхности конического выступа 11 формованной головки. Возможно выполнение контейнера , при котором участок внешней поверхности 5 соединительного элемента 3 св зан с участком нижней повер- s 0 С СМ

Изобретение относитс  к упаковоч- но-фасовочной технике, а именно к средствам дл  упаковки в зких пастообразных продуктов, например кетчупа горчицы, зубной пасты и т.д.
Цель изобретени  - обеспечение сохранности содержимого контейнера.
На фиг.1 изображен сплющиваемый контейнер, вид сбокуj на фиг.2 - разрез А-А на фиг.1; на фиг.З - один из моментов формировани  сплющиваемого контейнера; на фиг.4 - контейнер в момент обжати  элементов его со свариванием их между собой; на фиг.З -) 7 - варианты выполнени  сплющиваемого контейнера.
Сплющиваемый контейнер содержит формованную головку 1, включающую цилиндрическую шейку 2, слоистый соединительный элемент 3 с внутренней и наружной поверхност ми 4 и 5 соответственно . Участок одной из поверхностей 4 и 5 св зан с формованной головкой 1. Между поверхност ми 4 и 5 размещен промежуточньш слой 6, выполненный из материала с малой проницаемостью или непроницаемого дл  кислорода , вод ного пара и масел, например алюминиевой фольги, а поверхности 4 и 5 выполнены из свариваемых при нагреве термопластичных материалов , соединенных со слоем 6 посредством св зующего агента - эт1-тенакрн- ловой кислоты. Контейнер содержит слоистьй трубчатый корпус 1, включающий внутреннюю и наружнюю поверхности 8 и 9 соответственно, верхний участок одной из которых св зан с участком одной из поверхностей 4 и 5 соединительного элемента 3. Между поверхност ми 8 и 9 размещен промежуточный слой 10, вьшолненньш из материала , обладающего малой проницаемостью или вообще непроницаемый, дл  кислорода, вод ного пара и масел. Слой 10 может быть выполнен, наприкислорода и влаги, что позвол ет обеспечить сохранность содержимого контейнера в течение длительного ни. 2 з.п.ф-лы. 7 ил.

мер, из фольги, полиэфира и др. Б, предпочтительном варианте поверхности 8 и 9 могут быть выполнены из свариваемых при нагреве термопластичных материалов, например полиэтилена , и соединены со слоем 10 посредством этйленакриловой кислоты.
Соединительный элемент 3 св зан с формованной головкой 1 посредством конического выступа 11, образованного в нижней части формованной головки 1, причем выступ 11 отстоит от трубчатого корпуса 7 на рассто нии, по меньшей мере в три раза -превьша- ющем толщину слоистого соединительного элемента 3.
Предпочтительным  вл етс  вариант, при котором верхний участок внутренней поверхности 4 соединительного элемента 3 св зан с наружней поверхностью конического выступа 11 формованной головки 1 -(фиг.2 и 5) .
Возможна разновидность исполнени  контейнера, при котором слоистый соединительный элемент 3 размещен поперек цилиндрической шейки 2 формованной головки 1 таким образом, что без разрушени  элемента 3 посторонний материал не может попасть извне контейнера внутрь его (фиг.7).
Возможно так же вьтолнение вариа н- та контейнера,в котором верхний участок внешней поверхности 5 соединительного элемента 3 св зан с участком нижней поверхности конического выступа 11 формованной головки 1 (фиг. 6).
Цилиндрическа  шейка 2 имеет винтовую резьбу 12, на которую навинчиваетс  колпачок (не показан).
Элементы контейнера соедин ютс  между собой способом гор чей сварки. В процессе гор чей сварки участки поверхностей 4,5 и 8,9 могут создавать наплывы по кра м промежуточного сло  6 соединительного элемента 3 и по
верхней кромке сло  10 слоистого трубчатого корпуса 7, которые создают барьер 13 дл  защиты и изол ции содержимого контейнера от указанньгх промежуточных слоев 6 и 10.
Контейнер изготавливают следующим образом.
Участок соответствующей поверхности 4 или 5 слоистого соединительного элемента 3 накладывают на одну из поверхностей конического выступа 11 формованной головки 1, затем нагревают и обжимают указанные участки формованной головки 1 и соединительного элемента 3, наложенные один на друго дл  их сваривани . После этого накладывают участок соответствующей поверхности 4 или 5 на верхний участок одной из поверхностей 8 и 9 трубчатого корпуса 7 и нагревают и обжимают указанные участки дл  их сваривани . Все указанные операции предпочтительно производить одновременно.
Формованную головку 1, соединительный элемент 2 располагают на оправке 14, вокруг которой размещен трубчатый корпус 7, таким образом, что верхний его участок выступает поверх участка соединительного элемента 3.
Дл  обжати  элементов контейнера со свариванием их между собой используют инструмент 15, на который намо- катушка 16 индуктивности (фиг.4) на которой изображен момент, когда инструмент 15 находитс  в положении перемещени  его вниз после загиба с его помощью верхнего участка трубчатого корпуса 7 внутрь и непосредственно перед операцией обжати  соедин емых один с другим элементов. Одновременно или почти одновременно с началом операции обжати  элементов по катушке 16 пропускаетс  определенной частоты ток дл  создани  высокочастотного магнитного пол , при этом период времени должен быть достаточным дл  нагрева слоев 6 и 10 соединительного элемента 3 и трубчатого корпуса 7 и разм гчени  покрытий 4, 5 и 8,9 из термопластичного матери а- ла. После того, как указанные покрыти  разм гчены до степени, позвол ющей осуществить сварку прилегающих поверхностей, ток, проход щий по катушке 16, отключают, а контейнер охлаждаетс  естественным образом. процессе охлаждени  инструмент 15 продолжает обжимать элементы контейнера , соедин   их один с другим со свариванием. После окончани  операции гор чей сварки инструмент 15 перемещают вверх, а контейнер, нижн   часть которого осталась -открытой, снимаетс  с оправки 14.
Затем полость контейнера заполн ют через открытую нижнюю часть соответствующим содержимым, после чего нижн   часть контейнера герметизируетс  способом гор чей сварки.
Таким образом, использование предлагаемого изобретени  позвол ет предотвратить проникновение внутрь контейнера влаги и кислорода, что обеспечивает сохранение качества содержимого контейнера в течение длительного времени.

Claims (3)

1.Сплющиваемьш контейнер, содержащий формованную головку, включающую цилиндрическую шейку, слоистый соединительный элемент, включающий внутреннюю и наружную поверхности, участок одной из которых св зан с формованной головкой, и слоистьш трубчатый корпус, содержащий внутреннюю
и наружную поверхности, верхний участок одной из которых св зан с участком одной из поверхностей слоистого соединительного элемента, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью обеспечени  сохранности содержимого контейнера, соединительный элемент св зан с формованной головкой посредством конического выступа, образованного в нижней части формованной головки , причем последний отстоит от корпуса на рассто нии, по меньшей мере в три раза превьш1ающем толщину слоистого соединительного элемента.
2.Контейнер по п.1, отличающийс  тем, что, верхний участок внутренней поверхности соединительного элемента св зан с наружной поверхностью конического выступа формованной головки.
3.Контейнер по п.1, отличающийс  тем, что, верхний участок внешней поверхности соединительного элемента св зан с участком нижней поверхности конического выступа формованной головки.
