Description

1 Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и может быть использовано в трансмисси х транспортных средст в качестве планетарной коробки передач и  вл етс  дополнительным к авт.св. № 813034. Цель изобретени  - расширение кинематических возможностей коробк путем увеличени  количества получа мых передач. На чертеже показана кинематичес ка  схема предлагаемой планетарной коробки передач. Планетарна  коробка передач содержит корпус 1, входной 2 и выходной 3 валы, три управл емые муф ты 4, 5 и 6, из которых муфта 6 дополнительна , четыре управл емых тормоза 7, 8, 9и 10, из которых тормоз 10 - дополнительный, первый планетарный р д, включающий центральное колесо 11 с наружными зубь hJH, водило 12 с сателлитами 13 и центральное колесо 14 с внутренними зубь ми, второй планетарный р д, включакиций центральное колесо 15с наружньми зубь ми, водило 16 с сателлитами 17 и центральное колесо 18 с внутренними зубь ми, и дополнительный планетарный р д, включающий центральное колесо 19 с наружными зубь ми, водило 20с сателлитами 21 и центральное колесо 22 с внутренними зубь ми. Центральное колесо 11 соединено с вход 8 ным валом 2 и через муфту 4 - с центральньм колесом 15, св занным с тормозом 7, водило 12 соединено с центральным колесом 18 и св зано с тормозом 9, центральное колесо 14 св зано с тормозом 8 и через муфту 5 соединено с водилом 16, которое соединено с выходным вапом 3, центральное колесо 19 соединено с входным валом 2, водило 20 соединено с водилом 12 и через дополнительную муфту 6 - с входным валом 2, а центральное колесо 22 соединено с дополнительным тормозом 10. Коробка передач работает следующим образом. При попарном включении управл емых муфт и тормозов звень  планетарных р дов соедин ютс  в определенную кинематическую схему, и вращение от входного вала 2 к выходному валу 3 передаетс  с соответствующим этой схеме передаточным отношением, характеризующим определенную передачу. Передачи переднего хода в пор дке их возрастани  реализуютс  при включении следующих пар управл емых муфт и тормозов: 7и 10, 7и8, 4и 9, 5 и 7, 4 и 10, 4 и 8, 6 и 7, 4 и 5 (или 4 и 6, или 5 и 6) - пр ма . Передачи заднего хода реализуютс  при включении: 5 и 10, 5 и 9. Transmission works as follows. When the controlled clutches and brakes are paired, the links of the planetary rows are connected to a certain kinematic scheme, and the rotation from the input shaft 2 to the output shaft 3 is transmitted with the gear ratio corresponding to this scheme, which characterizes a certain gear. The forward gears in the order of their increase are realized when the following pairs of controlled clutches and brakes are activated: 7i 10, 7i8, 4i 9, 5 and 7, 4 and 10, 4 and 8, 6 and 7, 4 and 5 (or 4 and 6, or 5 and 6) - pr ma. The reverse gears are realized upon power up: 5 and 10, 5 and 9. The proposed implementation of the planetary gearbox allows the number of gears to be increased to ten.
