(54) ПЛАНЕТАРНАЯ КОРОБКА ПЕРЕДАЧ(54) PLANETARY GEARBOX

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и может быть использовано в трансмисси х транспортных и сельскохоз йственных машин. По основному авт.св. № 905548 известна планетарна  коробка передач, содержаща  входной и выходной валы, две управл емые сцепные муфты, четыре управл емых тормоза и два планетарных р да, первый из которых вклюп чает водило с двухвенцовыми сателли тами, солнечную шестерню, эпицикл и центральное колесо, а второй - водило с одновенцовыми сателлитами, солнечную шестерню и эпицикл,солнеч на-л шестерн  первого р да соединена с входным валом и через первую сцепную муфту с солнечной шестерней второго р да, котора  св зана с первым тормозом, водило первого р да соединено с эпициклом второго р да и св зано с вторым тормозом, эпицикл первого р да св зан с третьим тормозом и через вторую сцепную муфту соединен с водилом второго р да, которое соединено с выходным валом, а центральное колесо первого.р да св зано с четвертым тормозом. Эта коробка передач при попарном включении управл емых элементов, т.е сцепных муфт и тормозов, обеспечивает получение дев ти передач, из которых семь передач пр мого хода, а две - заднего хода 1. К недостаткам этой коробки передач относитс  невозможность получени  числа передач более дев ти. Целью изобретени   вл етс  расширение кинематических возможностей коробки передач, т.е. увеличение числа возможных передач. Эта цель достигаетс  тем, что коробка передач снабжена взаимодействующим с соответствующими венцами двухвенцовых сателлитов дополнительным центральным колесом и св занным с ним п тым управл емым тормозом. На чертеже изображена кинематическа  схема планетарной коробки передач . Планетарна  коробка передач содержит входной 1 и выходной 2 валы, две управл емые сцепные муфты 3 и 4, п ть управл емых тормозов 5-9, первый планетарный р д, включающий солнечную шестерню 10, эпицикл 11, водило 12 с двухвенцовыми сателлитами 13, основное 14 и дополнительное 15 центральные колеса, второй планетарный р д, включающий солнечную шестсрню 16, водило 17 с одновенцовыми сателлитами 18 и эпицикл 19. Солнечна  шестерн  10 соединена с входным валом 1 и через сцепную муфту 4 с солнечной шестерней 16,св занной с тормозом 8, водило 12 соединено с эпициклом 19 и св зано с тормозом 5, эпицикл 11 св зан с тормозом 7 и через сцепную муфту 3 соединен с водилом 17, которое соединено с выходным валом 2, основное центральное колесо 14 св зано с тормозом 6, а дополнительное центральное колесо 15 - с тормоз ом 9.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in transmissions of transport and agricultural machines. The planetary gearbox contains input 1 and output 2 shafts, two controllable coupling sleeves 3 and 4, five controllable brakes 5-9, the first planetary series, including sun gear 10, epicycle 11, drove 12 with two-satellite satellites 13, the main 14 and an additional 15 central wheels, a second planetary row, including the sun gear 16, drove 17 with single-pin satellites 18 and an epicycle 19.
