Abstract

Un metodo di produzione di una confezione (1) sigillata monodose conapertura a rottura; in cui la confezione (1) sigillata comprende: un primofoglio (2) di materiale plastico semirigido; un secondo foglio (3) dimateriale plastico flessibile sovrapposto e saldato al primo foglio (2) perdefinire una tasca (4) sigillata che contiene una dose di un prodotto (5); eduna zona (6) indebolita che è realizzata in una zona centrale del primofoglio (2) per guidare, in seguito ad una piegatura della confezione (1)sigillata, una rottura controllata del primo foglio (2) in corrispondenza dellazona (6) indebolita in modo da determinare la formazione attraverso ilprimo foglio (2) stesso di una apertura di fuoriuscita del prodotto (5); ilmetodo di produzione comprende la fase di realizzare attraverso unasuperficie (8, 10) del primo foglio (2) almeno una incisione (7, 9) checostituisce la zona (6) indebolita; in cui l’incisione (7, 9) viene realizzatamediante deformazione plastica del materiale utilizzando uno strumento(19) incisore che presenta una punta non affilata ovvero di formatondeggiante che deforma piuttosto che tagliare.[FIG. 11]
