Abstract
<p>Un método de producción de un empaque sellado de dosis única de apertura por quiebre (1); en donde el empaque sellado (1) comprende: una primera hoja (2) de material plástico semirrígido; una segunda hoja (3) de material plástico flexible superpuesta sobre y sellada a la primera hoja (2) para definir un bolsillo sellado (4) que contiene una dosis de un producto (5); y una zona debilitada (6) que está hecha en una zona central de la primera hoja (2) para guiar, después de doblar el empaque sellado (1), el quiebre controlado de la primera hoja (2) en la zona debilitada (6) en una forma tal que crea la formación de una abertura de salida para el producto (5) a través de la primera hoja (2); el método de producción comprende el paso de hacer en una superficie (8, 10) de la primera hoja (2) por lo menos una incisión (7, 9) que constituye la zona debilitada (6); en donde la incisión (7, 9) está hecha por medio de deformación de plástico del material usando una herramienta de incisión (19) que tiene una punta que no es afilada, es decir, que tiene una forma redonda para deformar en lugar de cortar.</p>
