Abstract

Izolačný materiál, najmä nehorľavý tepelnoizolačný materiál obsahujúci vodné sklo a plasty, je tvorený zmesou, ktorá obsahuje 43 až 57,5 % hmotn. plastu, 30 až 47 % hmotn. vodného roztoku kremičitanu, 9 až 11,5 % hmotn. dutých sklenených mikroguľôčok a 0,1 až 1 % hmotn. stabilizátora vodného skla. Spôsob výroby izolačného materiálu, najmä spôsob výroby nehorľavého tepelnoizolačného materiálu, je tvorený tak, že najprv je do vodného roztoku kremičitanu pridaný stabilizátor vodného skla a súčasne je vytvorená zmes fenylmetyldiizokyanátu a rozvetveného polyolu, následne je vodný roztok kremičitanu premiešaný so zmesou fenylmetyldiizokyanátu a rozvetveného polyolu, do výslednej zmesi sú pridané duté sklenené guľôčky a všetko je premiešané.
