Abstract
Izolační materiál, zejména nehořlavý tepelně izolační materiál obsahující vodní sklo a plast je tvořen směsí, která obsahuje 43 až 57,5 % hmotn. plastu, 30 až 47 % hmotn. vodného roztoku křemičitanu, 9 až 11,5 % hmotn. dutých skleněných mikrokuliček, a 0,1 až 1 % hmotn. stabilizátoru vodního skla. Způsob výroby izolačního materiálu, zejména nehořlavého tepelně izolačního materiálu, spočívá v tom, že je nejprve do vodného roztoku křemičitanu přidán stabilizátor vodního skla a současně je vytvořena směs fenylmethyldiizokyanátu a rozvětveného polyolu, a následně je vodný roztok křemičitanu promíchán se směsí fenylmethyldiizokyanátu a rozvětveného polyolu, a dále jsou do výsledné směsi přidány duté skleněné kuličky a vše je promícháno.
