Abstract

Se describe una composición cementosa espumada que limita o elimina el agregado, especialmente el agregado liviano poroso, y usa una relación en peso más baja de lo normal de agua con respecto a la composición cementosa. Las mezclas de espuma cementosa estables pueden emplearse para hacer placas de cemento y otros productos de cemento. La composición cementosa espumada se hizo con adiciones de agentes estabilizadores de formación de espuma de PVOH y agentes espumantes tensioactivos para hacer agua de espuma o mediante la formación de burbujas de aire en mezclas de lechada cementosa. Las mezclas cementosas tienen una cantidad limitada o, preferentemente, carecen de perlita o agregados livianos. La mezcla espumada resultante tenía burbujas de espuma con un tamaño en el intervalo que va de 50 a 200 µm. Después de fraguar la composición cementosa espumada, la placa fraguada resultante tiene celdas de aire con un tamaño en el intervalo que va de 50 a 200 µm.
