Abstract
Medicinski ventil ima telo, ki vsebuje konstrukcijo stene, definirajoco notranjo votlino, ki ima proksimalni konec in distalni konec. Claims (11)
1 Medicinski ventil z gumijastim tesnilom Patentni zahtevki 1. 2. Ventil po zahtevku 1, kjer omenjena tekočina izvaja prvi, nizki tlak na omenjeno tesnilo, in nadalje, ko je omenjeno tesnilo v stiku s trnom v vsaj eni dodatni odmaknjeni točki vzdolž trna proksimalno glede na prvo luknjo, ko omenjena tekočina izvaja drugi, višji tlak na omenjeno tesnilo.

7. Postopek po zahtevku 6, kjer korak (f) opravimo po koraku (e).
8. Postopek po zahtevku 6, kjer v koraku (f) tekočina izvaja prvi, nizki tlak na tesnilo in kjer postopek dodatno obsega: (g) tekočina izvaja drugi, višji tlak na tesnilo, pri čemer je tesnilo v stiku s trnom v vsaj eni dodatni razmaknjeni točki vzdolž trna proksimalno glede na prvo luknjo.
