Claims (8)
- PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Herbicidna sredstva v obliki gotovih formulacij, ki vsebujejo kombinacijo učinkovin: Metamitron-a (I) in Ethofumesat-a (II) in (A) Phenmedipham-a (III) ali (B) Phenmedipham-a (III) in Desmedipham-a (IV1 2 3) ali (C) Desmedipham-a (IV), v zmesi s fonnulirnimi pomožnimi sredstvi, pri čemer znaša masno razmerje učinkovin (1):(11):(1 II) v smislu kombinacije (A) (1):(0,05 do 1):(0,05 do 1), pri čemer znaša masno razmerje učinkovin (I):(II):(III):(IV) v smislu kombinacije (B) (1):(0,05 do 1):(0,05 do 1):(0,05 do 1), in pri čemer znaša masno razmerje učinkovin (1):(11):(1 V) v smislu kombinacije (C) (1):(0,05 do 1):(0,05 do 1), in pri čemer znaša celokupna vsebnost učinkovin v kombinacijah (A), (B). m (C), med 20 m 75 mas. %
- 2. Herbicidna sredstva po zahtevku I, pri čemer znaša masno razmerje učmkovm(I):(II):(IIl) (1):(0,1 do 0,4):(0,1 do 0.4), učinkovin (I):(II):(III):(IV) (1):(0,1 do 0,4):(0,1 do 0,4):(0,1 do 0,4) m učinkovin (1):(11):(1 V) (1):(0,1 do 0,4):(0,1 do 0,4).
- 3. Herbicidna sredstva po zahtevku 1. pri čemer znaša masno razmerje učinkovin (1):(11):(111)(1):(0,1 do 0,35):(0,1 do 0,3), učinkovin (1):(11):(111):(1 V) (1):(0,1 do 0.4):(0,1 do 0.35):(0.1 do 0,25) m učinkovin (1):(11):(1V) (1):(0,1 do 0.4):(0,1 do 0.3). 4 Herbicidna sredstva po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je celokupna vsebnost učinkovin v kombinacijah (A), (B) in (C) med 30 in 70 %. 1 Trdne gotove formulacije po zahtevku 1. pri čemer uporabimo kot pomožna 2 sredstva za formulacije nosilce, dispergatorje in v danem primeru emulgator in/ali 3 omočilo. ?
- 6. Trdne gotove formulacije po zahtevku I v obliki v vodi disperznih granulatov.
- 7. Trdne gotove formulacije po zahtevku 1 v obliki v vodi disperznih praškov.
- 8. Trdne gotove formulacije po zahtevkih 1 do 7 v obliki v vodi disperznih praškov (WP), pri čemer uporabimo na en masni del Metamitron-a (I) dodatno še naslednja formulima pomožna sredstva: 0,05 0,2 mas. delov dispergatorja, 0,0 0,3 mas. delov emulgatorja, o,o 0,1 mas. del omočila, 0,1 0,3 mas. delov kremenične kisline in 0,05 0,2 mas. delov kaolina. 9. Trdne gotove formulacije po zahtevkih 1 in 6 v obliki v vodi disperznega granulata (WG), pri čemer na en masni del Metamitron-a (I) uporabimo dodatno naslednja formulima pomožna sredstva: 0,2 0,5 mas. delov dispergatorja, 0,0 0,3 mas. delov emulgatorja, 0,1 0,3 mas. delov kremenične kisline in 0,0 0,2 mas. dela kaolina. 10. Postopek za pripravo gotovih formulacij v trdni obliki po zahtevku l, pri čemer dobimo (v vodi disperzne praške) WP-formulacije, kadar učinkovine v smislu masnega razmerja, navedenega v zahtevku 1, pomešamo s fonnulimimi pomožnimi sredstvi, mešanico pomeljemo in zatem homogeniziramo z naknadnim premešanjem, ali pri čemer dobimo (v vodi disperzni granulat) VVG-formulacijo, če (a) najprej iz učinkovin (I), (II) in (III) oz. (I), (II), (III) in (IV) oz. (I), (II) in (IV) - v smislu masnih razmerij, navedenih v zahtevku l - ter s fonnulimimi pomožnimi sredstvi, primernimi za WG-fonnulacijo, s pomešanjem, pomlet-jem in sledečim naknadnim premešanjem, pripravimo predmešanico, (b) nato tej predmešanici v granulatorju z vrtinčno blazino dodamo vodo in zatem sušimo pri temperaturi dovajanega zraka 50-90°C do temperature produkta 30-60°C, in 3 (c) želeni granulat (z velikostjo zrn med 200 in 1500 pm) odločimo s sejanjem, pri čemer odločimo manjša zrna (< 200 pm) in večja zrna (> 1500 pm).
- 11. Uporaba trdnih gotovih formulacij v smislu zahtevkov 1 do 9 kot herbicidov.
- 12. Uporaba trdnih gotovih formulacij po zahtevku 11 kot selektivnih herbicidov v repi oz. pesi.
