Claims (10)

  1. Vezivni sestavek za mineralno volno Patentni zahtevki
    1. Vodni lepilni sestavek za izolacijske proizvode na osnovi mineralne volne, ki obsega (a) vsaj en ogljikov hidrat, izbran izmed reducirajočih sladkorjev, hidrogeniranih sladkorjev in njihove zmesi, pri čemer je delež hidrogeniranih sladkorjev v ogljikovem hidratu med 25 mas. % in 100 mas. %, (b) vsaj ene monomeme polikarboksilne kisline ali soli ali anhidrida takšne kisline, (c) več kot 2 mas. %, glede na vsoto komponent (a) in (b), vsaj enega epoksisilana.
  2. 2. Vodni lepilni sestavek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da vsebuje od 2,1 mas. % do 7 mas. %, prednostno od 2,3 mas. % do 6 mas. % in zlasti od 2,5 mas. % do 5 mas. % in idealno od 3 mas. % do 4,5 mas. % vsaj enega epoksisilana, pri čemer so ti odstotki izraženi glede na vsoto komponent (a) in (b).
  3. 3. Vodni lepilni sestavek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da je epoksisilan izbran izmed 3-glicidoksipropil-trialkoksisilanov, 3-glicidoksipropil-dialkoksi-alkilsilanov, epoksiciklo-heksiletil-trialkoksisilanov, epoksicikloheksiletil-dialkoksialkilsilanov, prednostno 3-glicidoksipropil-trialkoksisilanov.
  4. 4. Vodni lepilni sestavek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da ogljikov hidrat vsebuje vsaj 30 mas. %, prednostno vsaj 50 mas. % in zlasti vsaj 70 mas. % hidrogeniranih sladkorjev.
  5. 5. Vodni lepilni sestavek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, daje hidrogeniran sladkor izbran izmed produktov hidrogeniranja monosaharidov, disaharidov, oligosaharidov in polisaharidov in njihovih zmesi.
  6. 6. Vodni lepilni sestavek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, daje hidrogenirani sladkor produkt hidrogeniranja škrobnega hidrolizata.
  7. 7. Vodni lepilni sestavek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, daje polikarboksilna kislina citronska kislina.
  8. 8. Postopek izdelave izolacijskega proizvoda na osnovi mineralnih vlaken, ki obsega: nanašanje vodnega lepilnega sestavka po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov na mineralna vlakna, uparevanje faze topila vodnega lepilnega sestavka in toplotno utijevanje nehlapnega ostanka sestavka.
  9. 9. Postopek po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da obsega tudi stopnjo priprave vodnega lepilnega sestavka manj kot 24 ur, prednostno manj kot 4 ure in zlasti manj kot 1 uro pred stopnjo nanašanja na vlakna.
  10. 10. Zvočno in/ali toplotno izolacijski proizvod, dobljen s postopkom po enem od zahtevkov 8 ali 9.
