Claims (12)

1. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo za izolacijske proizvode na bazi mineralne vune, koje sadrži (a) barem jedan ugljikohidrat odabran među reducirajućim šećerima, nereducirajućim šećerima, hidrogeniranim šećerima i njihovim mješavinama, pri čemu maseni udio hidrogeniranih šećera u ugljikohidratu iznosi između 25 i 100 %, (b) barem jednu monomernu polikarboksilnu kiselinu ili sol ili anhidrid takve kiseline, pri čemu monomerna polikarboksilna kiselina predstavlja od 35 do 75 % masenog udjela, na temelju zbroja komponenata (a), (b) i (c) te (c) izosorbid, pri čemu težinski omjer izosorbida/ugljikohidrata iznosi između 0,1 i 3,0, poželjno između 0,2 i 2,0, poželjnije između 0,3 i 1,5.
2. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da ugljikohidrat sadrži barem 30 %, poželjno barem 50 %, a posebice barem 70 % masenog udjela hidrogeniranih šećera.
3. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je hidrogenirani šećer odabran između produkata hidrogenacije monosaharida, disaharida, oligosaharida i njihovih mješavina.
4. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je hidrogenirani šećer odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od sorbitola, ksilitola i maltitola.
5. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 3, naznačeno time da je hidrogenirani šećer produkt hidrogenacije hidrolizata škroba ili hidrolizata lignoceluloznih materijala.
6. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da ugljikohidrat ne sadrži reducirajuće šećere i/ili nereducirajuće šećere.
7. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da sadrži od 40 do 70 %, posebice od 45 do 65 % masenog udjela monomerne polikarboksilne kiseline, na temelju zbroja komponenata (a), (b) i (c).
8. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je polikarboksilna kiselina limunska kiselina.
9. Sastavljeno vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da nadalje sadrži 0,5 do 10 %, poželjno od 1,0 do 5 % masenog udjela, na temelju suhe tvari komponenata (a), (b) i (c), katalizatora esterifikacije, poželjno katalizatora odabranog između natrijevog hipofosfita i hipofosforne kiseline.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju izolacijskog proizvoda na bazi mineralne vune, koji sadrži – nanošenje sastavljenog vodenog veziva prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva na vlakna mineralne vune, – prikupljanje vlakana mineralne vune koja su vezana sastavljenim vodenim vezivom u obliku podloge od vezanih mineralnih vlakana, – zagrijavanje podloge od vlakana sve dok sastavljeno vezivo ne očvrsne i ne nastane infuzibilno i netopivo poliestersko vezivo.
11. Zvučni i/ili toplinski izolacijski proizvod dobiven postupkom prema zahtjevu 10.
12. Zvučni i/ili toplinski izolacijski proizvod prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da ima gustoću između 5 i 60 kg/m3, poželjno između 8 i 30 kg/m3, poželjnije između 10 i 15 kg/m3.
