Claims (10)
1. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje za izolacijske proizvode na temelju mineralne vune, koje sadrži
(a) barem jedan ugljikohidrat izabran između reducirajućih šećera, hidrogeniranih šećera i njihove mješavine, pri čemu je omjer hidrogeniranih šećera u ugljikohidratu između 25% i 100% masenog udjela
(b) barem jednu monomernu polikarboksilnu kiselinu ili sol ili anhidrid takve kiseline
(c) više od 2% masenog udjela, u odnosu na zbroj komponenata (a) i (b), barem jednog epoksisilana
2. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da sadrži od 2,1% do 7% masenog udjela, poželjno od 2,3% do 6% masenog udjela, posebno 2,5% do 5% masenog udjela i idealno od 3% do 4,5% masenog udjela barem jednog epoksisilana, ovi postoci bivajući izraženi u odnosu na zbroj komponenata (a) i (b).
3. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time da je epoksisilan odabran između 3-glicidoksipropil-trialkoksisilana, 3-glicidoksipropil-dialkoksi-alkilsilana, epoksi-cikloheksil-etil-trialkoksisilana, epoksi-cikloheksil-etil-dialkoksi-alkilsilana, poželjno 3-glicidoksipropil-trialkoksisilana.
4. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da ugljikohidrat sadrži barem 30% masenog udjela, poželjno barem 50% masenog udjela i osobito barem 70% masenog udjela hidrogeniranih šećera.
5. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je hidrogenirani šećer odabran između proizvoda hidrogenacije monosaharida, disaharida, oligosaharida i polisaharida, i njihovih mješavina.
6. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je hidrogenirani šećer proizvod hidrogenacije škrobnog hidrolizata.
7. Vodenasto vezivo za ljepljenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je polikarboksilna kiselina limunska kiselina.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju izolacijskog proizvoda na temelju mineralnih vlakana, koji sadrži
- primjenu vodenastog veziva za ljepljenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva na mineralna vlakna
- isparavanje otapala vodenastog veziva za ljepljenje i toplinsko vezivanje ne-hlapljivog ostatka smjese.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da također sadrži korak pripreme vodenastog veziva za ljepljenje, manje od 24 sata, poželjno manje od 4 sata i posebno manje od sat vremena prije koraka primjene na vlakna.
10. Akustično i/ili toplinsko izolacijski proizvod stečen putem postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 8 i 9.
