Claims (6)

1. Vodeni vezivni pripravak za mineralna vlakna koji sadrži: – komponentu (i) u obliku glukoznog sirupa koji ima DE od 60 do manje od 100, posebice 60 do 99, točnije 85 do 99; – komponentu (ii) u obliku sulfaminske kiseline i/ili njezinih soli, po mogućnosti amonijev sulfamat i/ili N-cikloheksil sulfaminska kiselina i/ili njezine soli; – amonijak; – hipofosfornu kiselinu; naznačen time da je omjer komponenti (i) i (ii), amonijaka i hipofosforne kiseline u rasponu masenog udjela od 0,5 – 15 %, posebice 1 – 12 %, točnije 2 – 10 % komponente (ii), bazirano na masi komponente (i), 0,5 – 10 %, posebice 1 – 8 %, točnije 1 – 5 % hipofosforne kiseline, bazirano na masi komponente (i) i pri čemu je amonijak po mogućnosti prisutan u količini od 0,1 do 5 molarnih ekvivalenata amonijaka u odnosu na kombinirane molarne ekvivalente komponente (ii) i hipofosforne kiseline.

Vodeno vezivo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjevu, naznačeno time da se komponenta (ii) odabire iz skupine koja se sastoji od amonijeva sulfamata, kalcijeva sulfamata, natrijeva sulfamata, kalijeva sulfamata, magnezijeva sulfamata, kobaltova sulfamata, niklova sulfamata i natrijeva N-cikloheksil sulfamata.
3. Vodeni vezivni pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da vodeni vezivni pripravak nadalje sadrži karboksilnu kiselinu, kao što je monomerna polikarboksilna kiselina, po mogućnosti limunska kiselina.
4. Vodeni vezivni pripravak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da vodeni vezivni pripravak nadalje sadrži ureu.
5. Postupak proizvodnje proizvoda od vezanih mineralnih vlakana naznačen time da sadrži korake povezivanja mineralnih vlakana uz pomoć vezivnog pripravka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, i stvrdnjavanja vezivnog pripravka.
6. Proizvod od mineralnih vlakana, naznačen time da sadrži mineralna vlakna u dodiru sa stvrdnutim vezivnim pripravkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4.
