Claims (15)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju izolacijskih proizvoda na bazi mineralne vune, koji sadrži
- nanošenje, na vlakna mineralne vune, sastavljenog veziva koje sadrži
(a) najmanje jedan ugljikohidrat odabran među reducirajućim šećerima, nereducirajućim šećerima, hidrogeniranim šećerima i njihove mješavine,
(b) najmanje jedno sredstvo za umrežavanje za umrežavanje ugljikohidrata,
- isparavanje faze otapala sastavljenog veziva i
- termičko otvrdnjavanje nehlapljivog dijela pripravka, pri čemu je navedeni postupak naznačen time da se emulzija ulja u vodi bez polisaharida koja sadrži vodu, mineralno ulje i od 0,5 do 5,0 težinskih dijelova na 100 težinskih dijelova mineralnog ulja najmanje jednog, po mogućnosti neionskog surfaktanta, dodaje sastavljenom vezivu, po mogućnosti neposredno prije nanošenja na vlakna mineralne vune, pri čemu srednji promjer kapljica ulja u emulziji ulja u vodi, određen analizom veličine čestica metodom laserske difrakcije, iznosi između više od 5 µm i 400 µm, pri čemu udio ulja u emulziji ulja u vodi iznosi između 30 i 70 masenog postotka i pri čemu količina mineralnog ulja koje se nanosi na vlakna mineralne vune iznosi između 0,1 i 2,0 % u odnosu na mineralna vlakna.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se sredstvo za umrežavanje odabire između polikarboksilnih kiselina, soli i anhidrida polikarboksilnih kiselina, metalnih soli mineralnih kiselina te aminskih i amonijevih soli mineralnih kiselina.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da se sredstvo za umrežavanje odabire između polikarboksilnih kiselina, poželjno između monomernih polikarboksilnih kiselina.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da udio hidrogeniranih šećera u ugljikohidratu iznosi između 25 % i 100 % masenog udjela.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sastavljeno vezivo nadalje sadrži od 0,1 do 3 težinska udjela poliorganosiloksana, poželjno polidimetilsiloksana (PDMS), u odnosu na 100 težinskih udjela sastojaka (a) + (b).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da poliorganosiloksan ima funkcije koje imaju sposobnost reagiranja sa sastojcima (a) ili (b) sastavljenog veziva.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da mineralno ulje ima kinematičku viskoznost pri 20 °C između 100 i 6000 mm2/s, po mogućnosti između 1000 i 5000 mm2/s.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da srednji promjer kapljica mineralnog ulja u emulziji ulja u vodi iznosi između 10 µm i 400 µm, po mogućnosti između 20 µm i 300 µm, a još poželjnije između 40 µm i 200 µm.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da emulzija ulja u vodi ne sadrži organski polimer koji je topljiv u vodi pri sobnoj temperaturi.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da emulzija ulja u vodi sadrži od 1,2 do 3 težinska udjela neionskog surfaktanta na 100 težinskih udjela mineralnog ulja.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se nanošenje sastavljenog veziva na mineralna vlakna vrši s pomoću prstena za raspršivanje koji sadrži više mlaznica i time da se emulzija ulja u vodi unosi u sastavljeno vezivo ubrizgavanjem protoka emulzije ulja u vodi u protok sastavljenog veziva koje dovodi prsten za raspršivanje.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 10, naznačen time da se emulzija ulja u vodi dodaje u spremnik koji sadrži sastavljeno vezivo, a dobivena smjesa miješa se dok ne dođe do jednolike raspodjele kapljica ulja.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da količina mineralnog ulja koje se nanosi na vlakna mineralne vune iznosi između 0,2 % i 1,0 %, posebice između 0,3 % i 0,8 % u odnosu na masu mineralnih vlakana.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se hidrogenirani šećer odabire između produkta hidrogenacije monosaharida, disaharida, oligosaharida i polisaharida i njihovih mješavina.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je hidrogenirani šećer produkt hidrogenacije hidrolizata škroba.
