Claims (11)
- POSTOPEK BRIZGANEGA TISKANJA EP 3 067 215 B1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Postopek za izdelavo podlage, za tiskanje z brizgalnimi tiskalniki, ki obsega naslednje korake: a) zagotavljanje podlage, pri čemer podlaga vsebuje na vsaj eni strani premazno plast, ki vsebuje lahko raztopljivo alkalno ali zemeljsko alkalno spojino, b) zagotavljanje tekočinskega sestavka za obdelavo, ki vsebuje kislino, c) zagotavljanje črnila, d) odlaganje tekočinskega sestavka za obdelavo na premazno plast z brizgalnim tiskanjem prvega vzorca in e) nanos črnila na premazno plast za tiskanje z brizgalnim postopkom za oblikovanje drugega vzorca, kjer sta tekočinski sestavek za obdelavo in črnilo hkrati deponirana in se prvi vzorec in drugi vzorec vsaj delno prekrivata, in kjer sta tekočinski sestavek za obdelavo iz koraka b) in črnilo iz koraka c) zagotovljena skupaj v obliki formulacije za brizganje.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, kjer se prvi vzorec in drugi vzorec prekriva vsaj za 50%, prednostno vsaj 75%, bolj prednostno vsaj 90%, še bolj prednostno vsaj 95% in najbolj prednostno vsaj 99%.
- 3. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer podlago iz koraka a) pripravimo z i) zagotovitvijo podlage, ii) nanašanjem premaznega sestavka, ki vsebuje lahko raztopljivo alkalno ali zemeljsko alkalno spojino na vsaj eno stran podlage, da se oblikuje premazna plast, in iii) sušenje premazne plasti.
- 4. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je podlaga iz koraka a) izbrana izmed skupine, ki jo sestavljajo papir, karton, kartonasta embalaža, plastika, netkanina, celofan, tekstil, les, kovina, steklo, plošča sljude, marmor, kalcit, nitroceluloza, naravni kamen, kompozitni kamen, opeka, beton in laminat ali njegovi kompoziti, prednostno papir, karton, kartonasta embalaža ali plastika.
- 5. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je lahko raztopljiva alkalna ali zemeljsko alkalna spojina alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni oksid, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni hidroksid, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni alkoksid, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni metilkarbonat, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni hidroksikarbonat, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni bikarbonat, alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni karbonat ali njihove mešanice, prednostno alkalna ali zemeljsko alkalna spojina je alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni karbonat, prednostno izbran izmed litijevega karbonata, natrijevega karbonat, kalijevega karbonata, magnezijevega karbonata, kalcij magnezijevega karbonata, kalcijevega karbonata ali njihovih mešanic, bolj prednostno lahko raztopljiva alkalna ali zemeljsko alkalna spojina je kalcijev karbonat in najbolj prednostno lahko raztopljiva alkalni ali zemeljsko alkalni spojina je zemeljski kalcijev karbonat, oborjeni kalcijev karbonat in/ali površinsko obdelan kalcijev karbonat.

Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je lahko raztopljiva alkalna ali zemeljsko alkalna spojina v obliki delcev, kjer je srednja velikost masnih delcev dso od 15 nm do 200 pm, prednostno od 20 nm do 100 pm, bolj prednostno od 50 nm do 50 pm in najbolj prednostno od 100 nm do 2 pm.
- 7. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je kislina izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo klorovodikova kislina, žveplena kislina, žveplova kislina, fosforna kislina, citronska kislina, oksalna kislina, ocetna kislina, mravljična kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina, fitična kislina, borova kislina, jantarna kislina, suberična kislina, benzojeva kislina, adipinska kislina, pimelinska kislina, azelaična kislina, sebaic kislina, izocitna kislina, akonitna kislina, propan-1,2,3-trikarboksilna kislina, trimesenska kislina, glikolna kislina, mlečna kislina, mandelinska kislina, kisle organo sulfurne spojine, kisle organo fosforne spojine in njihove mešanice, prednostno je kislina izbrana izmed skupine, ki jo sestavljajo klorovodikova kislina, žveplena kislina, žveplova kislina, fosforna kislina, oksalna kislina, borik kislina, suberinska kislina, jantarna kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina in njihove mešanice, bolj prednostno je kislina izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo žveplena kislina, fosforna kislina, borna kislina, suberična kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina in njihove mešanice, in najbolj prednostno je kislina fosforna kislina in/ali žveplena kislina.
- 8. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer tekočinski sestavek za obdelavo vsebuje kislino v količini od 0.1 do 100 mas.%, ki temelji na celotni masi tekočinskega sestavka za obdelavo, prednostno v količini od 1 do 80 mas.%, bolj prednostno v količini od 5 do 60 mas.%, in najbolj prednostno v količini od 10 do 50 mas.%.
- 9. Postopek po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer se deponira tekočinski sestavek za obdelavo na premazni sloj v obliki enodimenzionalne črtne kode dvodimenzionalne črtne kode, tridimenzionalne črtne kode, varnostne oznake, številke, črke, alfanumeričnega simbola, besedila, logotipa, slike, oblike ali risbe.
- 10. Podlaga, natisnjena z brizgalnimi tiskalniki, ki jo lahko dobimo s postopkom po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 9.
- 11.
