Claims (11)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju tintom otisnute podloge koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: a) osiguravanje podloge, pri čemu podloga sadrži na najmanje jednoj strani sloj premaza koji sadrži alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol, b) tekućeg pripravka za obradu koji sadrži kiselinu, c) osiguravanje tinte, d) taloženje tekućeg pripravka za obradu na sloj za premazivanje pomoću tintnog ispisa da nastane prvi uzorak, te e) taloženje tinte na sloj za premazivanje pomoću tintnog ispisa da nastane drugi uzorak, pri čemu se tekući pripravak za obradu i tinta istodobno talože, a prvi uzorak i drugi uzorak se barem djelomično preklapaju, te naznačen time da se tekući pripravak za obradu iz koraka b) i tinta iz koraka c) osiguravaju zajedno obliku formulacije za tintni pisač.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se prvi uzorak i drugi uzorak preklapaju za barem 50 %, poželjno barem 75 %, poželjnije barem 90 %, još poželjnije barem 95 %, i najpoželjnije barem 99 %.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je podloga iz koraka a) je pripravljena pomoću i) osiguravanja podloge, ii) nanošenje sloja premaza koji sadrži alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol na najmanje jednoj strani podloge kako bi nastao sloj premaza, i iii) sušenje sloja premaza.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je podloga iz koraka a) odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od papira, kartona, kartona za spremnike, plastike, netkanog materijala, celofana, tekstila, drva, metala, stakla, ploče od liskuna, mramora, kalcita, nitroceluloze, prirodnog kamena, kompozitnog kamena, opeke, betona i laminata ili njihovih kompozita, po mogućnosti papira, kartona, kartona za spremnike ili plastike.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol je alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski oksid, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski hidroksid, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski alkoksid, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski metilkarbonat, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski hidroksikarbonat, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski bikarbonat, alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski karbonat, ili njihove smjese, poželjno alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol je alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski karbonat koji je poželjno odabran od litijevog karbonata, natrijevog karbonata, kalijevog karbonata, kalcijevog karbonata, ili kalcijevog karbonata, ili njihovih smjesa, poželjnije alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol je kalcijev karbonat, te najpoželjnije alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol je mljeveni kalcijev karbonat, istaloženi kalcijev karbonat i/ili površinski obrađeni kalcijev karbonat.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da alkalijski ili zemno alkalijski spoj koji tvori sol je u obliku čestica koje imaju ponderiranu srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 15 nm do 200 µm, poželjno od 20 nm do 100 µm, poželjnije od 50 nm do 50 µm, te najpoželjnije od 100 nm do 2 µm.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je kiselina odabrana iz skupine koju čine klorovodična kiselina, sumporna kiselina, sumporasta kiselina, fosforna kiselina, limunska kiselina, oksalna kiselina, octena kiselina, mravlja kiselina, sulfamska kiselina, vinska kiselina, fitinska kiselina, borna kiselina, jantarna kiselina, suberinska kiselina, benzojeva kiselina, adipinska kiselina, pimelinska kiselina, azelainska kiselina, sebacinska kiselina, izolimunska kiselina, akonitna kiselina, propan-1,2,3-trikarboksilna kiselina, trimezinska kiselina, glikolna kiselina, mliječna kiselina, bademova kiselina, kiseli organosumporni spojevi, kiseli organofosforni spojevi, te njihove smjese, poželjno je da se kiselina bira iz skupine koju čine klorovodična kiselina, sumporna kiselina, sumporasta kiselina, fosforna kiselina, oksalna kiselina, borna kiselina, suberinska kiselina, jantarna kiselina, sulfamska kiselina, vinska kiselina i njihove smjese, poželjnije se kiselina bira iz skupine koju čine sumporna kiselina, fosforna kiselina, borna kiselina, suberinska kiselina, sulfamska kiselina, vinska kiselina i njihove smjese, a najpoželjnije kiselina je fosforna kiselina i/ili sumporna kiselina.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da tekući pripravak za obradu sadrži kiselinu u količini od 0.1 do 100 mas. %, na temelju ukupne mase tekućeg pripravka za obradu, poželjno u količini od 1 do 80 mas. %, poželjnije u količini od 5 do 60 mas. %, te najpoželjnije u količini od 10 do 50 mas. %.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se tekući pripravak za obradu nanosi na sloj za premazivanje u obliku jednodimenzionalnog štapićastog koda, dvodimenzionalnog štapićastog koda, trodimenzionalnog štapićastog koda, sigurnosne oznake, broja, slova, alfanumeričkog simbola, teksta, logotipa, slike, oblika ili dizajna.
10. Tintom otisnuta podloga naznačena time da se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9.
11. Uporaba tintom otisnute podloge prema zahtjevu 10 naznačena time da je za primjenu za ambalažu, za dekorativne primjene, umjetničke primjene, vizualne primjene, poželjno kao tapete, ambalaža, papir za omatanje poklona, papir za oglašavanje ili za postere, za posjetnice, priručnike, jamstvene listove ili kartice.
