Claims (16)
- EP 3044183 BI Hidravlični vezivni sistem na osnovi aluminijevega oksida Patentni zahtevki1. Hidravlični vezivni sistem za uporabo v ognjevzdržnih materialih, vsebujoč: a) 90,0-99,99 mas. % vsaj enega kalciniranega aluminijevega oksida A s srednjo velikostjo zrn 0,3-25,0 pm in specifično površino BET 0,5-30,0 m2/g; in b) 0,01-10,0 mas. % vsaj ene komponente B, izbrane iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo magnezijev hidroksid, kalcijev hidroksid, stroncijev hidroksid, barijev hidroksid in tudi njihovi hidrati, magnezijev oksid, kalcijev oksid, stroncijev oksid in barijev oksid; pri čemer so vsakokratni masni deleži z ozirom na celotno količino hidravličnega vezivnega sistema.
- 2. Vezivo po zahtevku 1, označeno s tem, daje dodatno vsebovanih 0,05^4,95 mas. % vsaj enega tekočnostnega sredstva C.
- 3. Vezivni sistem po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da je vsaj en kalciniran aluminijev oksid A: a) vsaj en kalciniran aluminijev oksid Al s srednjo velikostjo zrn 1,8-8,0 pm in specifično površino BET 0,5-2,0 m2/g; ali b) vsaj en kalciniran aluminijev oksid A2 s srednjo velikostjo zrn 0,3-1,7 pm in specifično površino BET 2,0-10,0 m2/g, ali, da so vsebovani: a) vsaj en kalciniran aluminijev oksid Al s srednjo velikostjo zrn 1,8-8,0 μιη in specifično površino BET 0,5-2,0 m2/g; in b) vsaj en kalciniran aluminijev oksid A2 s srednjo velikostjo zrn 0,3-1,7 pm in specifično površino BET 2,0-10,0 m2/g.
- 4. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-3, označen s tem, da sta vsebovana vsaj dva različna kalcinirana aluminijeva oksida A.
- 5. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-4, označen s tem, daje vsaj en aluminijev oksid A prevlečen.
- 6. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-5, označen s tem, daje vsaj en aluminijev oksid A prevlečen, pri čemer je sredstvo za prevlečenje fosfoijeva kislina.
- 7. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-6, označen s tem, da ima komponenta B srednjo velikost zrn 1,0-20,0 pm in specifično površino BET 0,5-50,0 m2/g.
- 8. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-7, označen s tem, da je vsaj ena komponenta B magnezijev oksid.
- 9. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-7, označen s tem, da je vsaj ena komponenta B kalcijev hidroksid.
- 10. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-7, označen s tem, da je vsaj ena komponenta B stroncijev hidroksid ali njegov hidrat.
- 11. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 1-7, označen s tem, da je vsaj ena komponenta B barijev hidroksid ali njegov hidrat.
- 12. Vezivni sistem po enem od zahtevkov 2-11, označen s tem, da je vsaj eno tekočnostno sredstvo C trinatrijev citrat.
- 13. Postopek za izdelavo hidravličnega vezivnega sistema po enem od zahtevkov 1-12, vsebujoč stopnjo: a) mešanje - 90,0-99,99 mas. % vsaj enega kalciniranega aluminijevega oksida A s srednjo velikostjo zrn 0,3-25,0 pm in specifično površino BET 0,5-30,0 m2/g; z - 0,01-10,0 mas. % vsaj ene komponente B, izbrane iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo magnezijev hidroksid, kalcijev hidroksid, stroncijev hidroksid, barijev hidroksid in tudi njihovi hidrati, magnezijev oksid, kalcijev oksid, stroncijev oksid in barij ev oksid; pri čemer so vsakokratni masni deleži z ozirom na celotno količino hidravličnega vezivnega sistema.
- 14. Postopek po zahtevku 13, označen s tem, da med stopnjo a) ali po njej dodamo 0,05-4,95 mas. % vsaj enega tekočnostnega sredstva C.
- 15. Postopek po zahtevku 13 ali 14, označen s tem, da izvedemo mešanje vsaj enega kalciniranega aluminijevega oksida A z vsaj eno komponento B in po izbiri vsaj z enim tekočnostnim sredstvom C v stopnji a) s skupnim mletjem.
- 16. Uporaba hidravličnega vezivnega sistema po enem od zahtevkov 1-12 v ognjevzdržnih materialih in materialih iz fine keramike.
