Claims (15)
1. Postupak nanošenja smjese za razgradnju spoja NOx na betonskom elementu (1), koji obuhvaća
– osiguravanje betonskog elementa (1) određene površine (4), i
– nanošenje smjese koja sadrži čestice titanijeva dioksida fotokatalitičkog djelovanja raspršene u kontinuiranoj fazi na površini (4) navedenog betonskog elementa (1);
pri čemu se navedena smjesa nanosi u količini koja je jednaka 100 ml/m2 ili veća, te
naznačena time da se čestice titanijeva dioksida nanose na površini (4) betonskog elementa (1) u količini od 5 g/m2 ili manje, poželjno 3 g/m2 ili manje, poželjnije 2 g/m2 ili manje, a najpoželjnije 1 g/m2 ili manje, i
time da smjesa nadalje sadrži spoj silicijeva dioksida koji sadrži alkalijski silikat, i
time da je kontinuirana faza voda.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je učinkovitost razgradnje spoja NOx, izmjerena prema ispitnom postupku u skladu s normom ISO 22197-1, jednaka 10 % ili veća, poželjno jednaka 15 % ili veća, poželjnije jednaka 20 % ili veća, a najpoželjnije jednaka 30 % ili veća, na navedenoj površini betonske komponente.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu se smjesa nanosi u količini koja je jednaka 150 ml/m2 ili veća, a poželjno jednaka 200 ml/m2 ili veća.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu je koncentracija navedenih čestica titanijeva dioksida u navedenoj smjesi jednaka 2,5 wt% ili manja, poželjno jednaka 1,5 wt% ili manja, a poželjnije jednaka 1,0 wt% ili manja.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu smjesa barem djelomično prodire u poroznu strukturu betonskog elementa (1).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu smjesa ne sadrži nikakvo vezivo.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu gornja površina (4) betonskog elementa poprima hidrofilna svojstva nakon nanošenja smjese.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu je učinkovitost razgradnje spoja NOx jednaka 2,5 % ili veća, poželjno jednaka 5 % ili veća, a poželjnije jednaka 10 % ili veća, na dubini od 0,5 mm ispod navedene površine betonske komponente.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se omjer količine spoja silicijeva dioksida u odnosu na količinu čestica titanijeva dioksida u smjesi kreće u rasponu od 1 : 1 do 15 : 1.
10. Betonski element (1) koji ima svojstva razgradnje spoja NOx, i koji sadrži čestice titanijeva dioksida fotokatalitičkog djelovanja u količini jednakoj 5 g/m2 ili manje, a poželjno jednakoj 3 g/m2 ili manje, i spoj silicijeva dioksida koji sadrži alkalijski silikat, te pri čemu je učinkovitost razgradnje spoja NOx, izmjerena prema ispitnom postupku u skladu s normom ISO 22197-1, jednaka 5 % ili veća, poželjno jednaka 10 % ili veća, poželjnije jednaka 15 % ili veća, a najpoželjnije jednaka 20 % ili veća, primjerice 30 %, na površini (4) betonskog elementa (1).
11. Betonski element prema zahtjevu 10, pri čemu se čestice titanijeva dioksida fotokatalitičkog djelovanja nalaze u gornjem dijelu (5) navedenog betonskog elementa (1), u sloju koji seže od gornje površine betonskog elementa poželjno do dubine od 1,5 mm, poželjnije do dubine od 2,0 mm, a najpoželjnije do dubine od 2,5 mm.
12. Betonski element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 – 11, pri čemu su čestice titanijeva dioksida heterogeno raspoređene u betonskom elementu (1).
13. Betonski element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 – 12, pri čemu je učinkovitost razgradnje spoja NOx jednaka 2,5 % ili veća, poželjno jednaka 5 % ili veća, a poželjnije jednaka 10 % ili veća, na dubini od 0,5 mm ispod gornje površine (4) navedenog betonskog elementa (1).
14. Betonski element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 – 13, pri čemu je primarna veličina čestica titanijeva dioksida fotokatalitičkog djelovanja manja od 50 nm, poželjno manja od 30 nm, a poželjnije manja od 20 nm.
15. Betonski element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 – 14, pri čemu je gornja površina (4) betonskog elementa (1) hidrofilna.
