Claims (6)
- Postopek polimerizacije z ločevanjem plinaste snovi Patentni zahtevki1. Kontinuiran postopek za sintezo polimera z ločevanjem plinaste snovi v napravi, ki obsega - reakcijski prostor (1), ki ima zgornji del (11), srednji del (12) in spodnji del (13), - vstopno odprtino (2), ki je razmeščena v srednjem delu (12), - prvo izstopno odprtino (3), ki je razmeščena v spodnjem delu (13), - drugo izstopno odprtino (4), ki je razmeščena v zgornjem delu (11), - prvo odprtino (51) za povratni tok, ki je razmeščena v spodnjem delu (13), - drugo odprtino (52) za povratni tok, ki je razmeščena pod zgornjim delom (11), pri čemer sta prva odprtina (51) za povratni tok in druga odprtina (52) za povratni tok med seboj povezani s povratnim vodom (5), v katerem je razmeščena črpalka (53), ki je zasnovana zato, da transportira tekočino iz prve odprtine (51) za povratni tok proti drugi odprtini (52) za povratni tok, - delilno pripravo (6), ki omeji srednji del (12) proti zgornjemu delu (11) in - odnašalno pripravo (7), ki je razmeščena premakljivo vzdolž zgornjega dela (11), pri čemer ima odnašalna priprava (7) odnašalno glavo (71), ki je razmeščena na zgornji strani notranje stene srednjega dela (12) in pri čemer je odnašalna glava (71) v stiku z zgornjo stranjo notranje stene srednjega dela (12) z deformiranjem robov odnašalne glave (71), pri čemer - je vstopna odprtina (2) s pomočjo vstopnega voda (21) povezana s steno zgornjega dela (11), pri čemer ima odnašalna glava (71) odprtino (711), skozi katero je speljan vstopni vod (21), z naslednjimi postopkovnimi koraki: a) dovajanje predpolimerne taline (8) v srednji del (12) reakcijskega prostora (1) skozi vstopno odprtino (2), b) transportiranje dela predpolimerne taline (8) iz spodnjega dela (13) reakcijskega prostora (1), ki se nahaja pod srednjim delom (12), v zgornji del (11) reakcijskega prostora nad srednjim delom (12) in porazdelitev predpolimeme taline (8) čez notranjo steno srednjega dela (12) s pomočjo razdelilne priprave (6), c) polimerizacija predpolimeme taline (8) v polimerno talino, d) odstranjevanje polimerne taline iz reakcijskega prostora (1) skozi prvo izstopno odprtino (3) reakcijskega prostora (1) in e) odstranjevanje plinaste snovi (9) iz reakcijskega prostora (1) skozi drugo izstopno odprtino (4) v drugem delu (11), označen s tem, da se usedline na vsaj eni notranji strani zgornjega dela (11) odstranijo vsaj z odnašalno pripravo (7).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da viskoznost predpolimeme taline (8) znaša vsaj 1 mPas.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da je polimer izbran med termoplastičnimi polimeri, prednostno poliamidi, termoplastičnimi poliuretani, poliolefini, vinilaromatskimi polimeri, poliestri, poliacetali, polikarbonati, polisulfoni, polietersulfoni in zmesmi le-teh.
- 4. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 3, označen s tem, da je polimer poliamid in plinasta snov (9) je vodna para.
- 5. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 4, označen s tem, da je polimer delno aromatski poliamid, ki vsebuje vgrajeno vsaj eno ponavljalno enoto z aromatsko skupino in vsaj eno ponavljalno enoto z alifatsko ali cikloalifatsko skupino.
- 6.
