Tal dispositivo comprende una cámara de reacción (1), que tiene una sección superior (11), una sección media (12) y una sección inferior (13), un orificio de entrada (2 que está dispuesto en la sección media (12), un primer orificio de salida (3) que está dispuesto en la sección inferior (13), un segundo orificio de salida (4) que está dispuesto en la sección superior (11), un primer orificio de retorno (51), que está dispuesto en la sección inferior (13), un segundo orificio de salida (52), que está dispuesto debajo la sección superior (11), un dispositivo de distribución (6), que está dispuesto entre la sección superior (11) y la sección media (12), y un dispositivo de eliminación (7) que está dispuesto de manera que se pueda mover a lo largo de la sección superior (11).
