Abstract
Un aparato para la síntesis de un polímero con separación de una sustancia gaseosa (8) comprende un espacio de reacción (1) que comprende una sección superior esencialmente cilíndrico- circular (11) que está enlazada por dos superficies circulares (111, 112) y una superficie de la cobertura (113) y tiene un eje cilíndrico longitudinal, y una sección (12) inferior, un orificio de entrada (2) dispuesto en una superficie circular o la superficie de la cobertura de la sección superior (11), un primer orificio de salida (3) dispuesto en una pared de la sección inferior (12), un segundo orificio de salida (4) dispuesto en la superficie de la cobertura de la sección superior (11) opuesto al primer orificio de salida (3), y un dispositivo de evacuación (5) que está dispuesto de modo de ser rotable en torno al eje cilíndrico longitudinal y está en contacto con ambas superficies circulares y la superficie de la cobertura. Ese aparato puede ser usado especialmente para llevar a cabo un procedimiento que comprende la alimentación de una masa de fundición oligomérica (6) hacia dentro de un espacio de reacción (1) a través de un orificio de entrada (2), la polimerización de la masa de fundición oligomérica (6) para dar una masa de fundición polimérica (7), el retiro de la masa de fundición polimérica (7) deI espacio de reacción (1) a través de un primer orificio de salida (3) del espacio de reacción, y la eliminación de una sustancia gaseosa (8) del espacio de reacción (1) a través de un segundo orificio de salida (4) deI espacio de reacción (1), en el que sedimentos en por lo menos una pared interior del espacio de reacción (1) son eliminados por medio de un dispositivo de evacuación (5) y transportados adentro de la masa de fundición oligomérica (6).
