Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para sintetizar un polímero, junto con la separación de una sustancia gaseosa. Dicho dispositivo comprende: una cámara de reacción (1) que tiene una sección superior (11) con forma sustancialmente cilíndrica circular, que está delimitada por dos superficies circulares (111, 112) y una superficie circunferencial (113), y que tiene un eje de cilindro longitudinal, y una sección inferior (12), en donde la sección superior (11) y la sección inferior (12) se conectan entre sí a través de la primera superficie circular (111); una abertura de entrada (2); una primera abertura de salida (3), que está dispuesta en una pared de la sección inferior (12); una segunda abertura de salida (4), que está dispuesta en la segunda superficie circular (112) o en la superficie circunferencial (113) entre la abertura de entrada (2) y la segunda superficie circular (112); y un dispositivo de eliminación (51), que está dispuesto de manera que se pueda mover a lo largo del eje de cilindro longitudinal al menos entre la segunda superficie circular (112) y la abertura de entrada (2), y entra en contacto con la superficie circunferencial (113). La invención también se refiere a un método que comprende: colocar una fusión oligomérica (7) en una primera sección de forma cilíndrica circular (11) de una cámara de reacción (1) a través de una abertura de entrada (2) de manera tangencial a una superficie circunferencial (113) de la primera sección (11); polimerizar la fusión oligomérica (7) para formar una fusión polimérica (8); retirar la fusión polimérica (8) de la cámara de reacción (1) a través de una primera abertura de salida (3) de la cámara de reacción (1); y retirar una sustancia gaseosa (9) de la cámara de reacción (1) a través de una segunda abertura de salida (4) de la cámara de reacción (1) por encima de la abertura de entrada (2). Los depósitos en al menos una pared interna de la primera sección (11) de la cámara de reacción (1) por encima de la abertura de entrada (2) se eliminan mediante un dispositivo de eliminación (51).
