Claims (15)
1. Postopek za pripravo aluminijevega fosfata, ki obsega: mešanje raztopine aluminijevega klorida in raztopine tribazičnega natrijevega fosfata, da nastane suspenzija aluminijevega fosfata in supernatant, pri čemer se raztopina tribazičnega natrijevega fosfata dodaja v raztopino aluminijevega klorida, dokler ni pH v območju od 5,0 do 5,4; posedanje suspenzije aluminijevega fosfata, da nastane oborina aluminijevega fosfata, pri čemer se korak posedanja izvaja pri temperaturi v območju od 50 °C do 70 °C v obdobju od 2 dni do 5 dni; odstranitev supernatanta; steriliziranje oborine aluminijevega fosfata, pri čemer korak steriliziranja obsega segrevanje oborine aluminijevega fosfata na temperaturo nad 110 °C; in naravnanje pH oborine aluminijevega fosfata, da je v območju od 5,6 do 6,0; pri čemer po koraku naravnanja pH oborina aluminijevega fosfata vključuje delce z velikostno porazdelitvijo, ki ima D [v, 0,5] v območju od 3,0 pm do 9,0 pm; in pri čemer se koraki mešanja, posedanja, odstranitve, steriliziranja in naravnanja izvajajo v zaprtem sistemu.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer se raztopina tribazičnega natrijevega fosfata dodaja v raztopino aluminijevega klorida, dokler ni pH v območju od 5,1 do 5,3.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali zahtevku 2, pri čemer se korak mešanja izvaja pri temperaturi v območju od 20 °C do 30 °C.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 3, pri čemer se korak mešanja izvaja pri temperaturi 25 °C.
5. Postopek po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 4, pri čemer korak mešanja obsega mešanje raztopine aluminijevega klorida in raztopine tribazičnega natrijevega fosfata z impelerjem, ki se vrti od 150 vrt/min do 350 vrt/min.
