Abstract
La presente invención proporciona métodos mejorados para producir el adyuvante de aluminio AIPO4. En un aspecto, la presente invención proporciona un método para producir fosfato de aluminio que comprende las etapas de mezclar una solución de cloruro de aluminio y una solución de fosfato de sodio tribásico para producir un precipitado de fosfato de aluminio, en donde la mejora comprende sedimentar el precipitado de fosfato de aluminio a una temperatura en el rango de aproximadamente 50 °C hasta aproximadamente 70 °C. En otro aspecto, la presente invención está dirigida a métodos para producir fosfato de aluminio dentro de un sistema cerrado.
