Claims (16)

  1. OBNOVLJIVO VEZIVO ZA NETKANE MATERIALE Patentni zahtevki
    1. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, ki obsega adukt: polimernega ogljikovega hidrata (a) in večfunkcionalnega zamreževalca (b), ki se izbere iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo (i) citronska kislina, maleinska kislina, glutarna kislina, jabolčna kislina, ftalna kislina, oksalna kislina, adipinska kislina, tartarna kislina, aspartinska kislina in njihove soli; (ii) anhidrid maleinske kisline, anhidrid ftalne kisline; (iii) in mešanice le-teh, v kateri se adukt pripravi v postopku združevanja (a) in (b) v utežnem razmerju (a): (b) od 95:5 do okoli 35:65, v kateri omenjena vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, v bistvu ne vsebuje polivinil alkohola.
  2. 2. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, po zahtevku 1, v kateri je omenjeni polimerni ogljikov hidrat (a) raztopljeni polimerni ogljikov hidrat.
  3. 3. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, po zahtevku 2, v kateri je omenjeni polimerni ogljikov hidrat (a) škrob.
  4. 4. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, po zahtevku 3, v kateri ima omenjeni škrob več kot 80 % amilopektina.
  5. 5. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, po zahtevku 1, z vsebnostjo nehlapnih snovi, ki je večja kot 30 ut. %.
  6. 6. Vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, po zahtevku 1, ki nadalje vsebuje dodano vodo v dovolj veliki količini, da vodna sestava, ki se da utrjevati, vsebuje do 96 utežnih % vode na skupno težo sestave.

  8. 8. Postopek po zahtevku 7, ki nadalje obsega fazo raztapljanja polimernega ogljikovega hidrata (a) s kislino za pospeševanje hidrolize, preden se polimerni ogljikov hidrat (a) združi z večfunkcionalnim zamreževalcem (b).
  9. 9. Postopek po zahtevku 7, v katerem je polimerni ogljikov hidrat (a) škrob in v katerem ima omenjeni škrob več kot 80 % amilopektina.
