Uppfinnare: I Olsson
Foreliggande uppfinning avser ett forpackningsmaterial, inriefattande ett basskikt av papper, vav, plast eller dylikt, vilket skikt pa sin ena sida är forsett med ett bindemedelsskikt.
Andamalet med uppfinningen ãr att &tadkomma ett forpackningsmaterial av ovannamnda slag, varvid detta material utan hophaftning skall kunna lagras i form av exernpelvis arktravar eller rullar. Vid utsattandet for ett st8rre tryck an det utsattes for vid lagringen skall det daremot fungera pa samma satt som till exempel vanlig tape.
Ett forpackningsamterial, som uppfyller ovannamnda fordringar, astadkommes enligt uppfinningen darigenom, att bindemedelsskiktet tackes av ett tackskikt av ett tunt porost material, vilket vid forpackningsmaterialets lagring forhindrar dess hophaftning, men som vid utsattandet for ett tryck slapper igenom en del av bindemedlet.
Lampligen valjes fdr tacksIdktet ett icke dammande material, endr damm nedsatter vidhaftningsformagan vid den senare anvandningen. Taekskiktet kan exempelvis best& av ett harda fibrer innehallande fibrOst material. Genom att harda fibrer i motsats till mjuka icke plattas ut utan i stallet pressas in i bindemedelsskiktet vid anvandningen, forbattras vidhaftningsformagan ytterligare.
Om sasom tackskikt anvandes ett krappat material, t. ex. samma eller ett nagot tunnare material an det, som anvandes i Duniservetten, kan man vid paforandet stracka materialet och darigenom erhalla ett myeket slatt och jamnt tackskikt. Krappningen underlattar dessutom paforandet genom att materialet formar att aven upptaga de tojningar, som erfordras for samordningen av en bana av basmaterialet med en motsvarande bana av materialet for thekskiktet. Vid krdppat material foreligger .alltsa mindre risk, att tackskiktet skall brista vid paforandet med atfoljande komplikationer.
Sasom framgar av det ovanstaende kan forpackningsmaterialet enligt uppfinningen astadkommas genom sammanforandet av en med ett bindemedelsskikt forsedd bana av basmaterialet med en bana av tackskiktet. I stallet for det ovannamnda, harda fibrer innehallande, fibrosa materialet kan man tanka sig manga andra material, som ge samma eller vasentligen samma effekt. Exempelvis tor-de man kunna anvanda tunn vav, till exempel gasvav. Vidare är det joke nodvandigt att tackskiktet pdfores i form av en sammanhangande bana. Det kan ndmligen alien astadkommas genom att man pa det adhesiva bindemedelsskiktet stror ett lager av losa fibrer, korn eller dylikt, varvid det overflodiga materialet kan blasas eller sugas bort.

Vid ett praktiskt Mrs& anvandes ett bindemedel med foljande sammansattning:
viktdelar butengumrai (50 % dispersion) 25 viktdelar kolofonium (40 % dispersion) 2 viktdelar rieinolja
Delta bindemedel pafordes ett basmaterial bestaende av kraftpapper med 15 gram per m2, varefter bindemedlet tacktes av ett tunt krappat silkepappersliknande material. Den erhallna produkten hade vid utsaltandet for tryck god vidhaftningsfOrmaga vid andra material. Forpaclulingsmaterial, innefattande ett basskikt air papper, \ray, plast eller dylikt, vilket skikt pd sin ena sida ar fOrsett med ett bindemedelsskikt, kanneteeknat av att bindemedelsskiktet i sin tur ar tackt av ett tackskikt av ett tunt parost material, vilket vid forpackningsmaterialets -lagring i form av exempelvis arktravar eller rullar forhindrar dess hophaftning, men som vid utsattandet for ett tryck slapper igenom en del air bindemedlet.
2. Forpackningsmaterial enligt patentanspraket 1, kanneteclmat av att tackskiktet be-star air ett icke dammande material.
3. Forpackningsmaterial enligt patentanspraket 1, kannetecknat av att tackskiktet be-star av ett harda fibrer innehallande fibrost material.
4. Forpackningsmaterial enligt patentanspraket 3, kannetecknat av _att materialet i tdaskiktet ar krappat samt att det vid paforandet strackts.
5. Forpaekningsmaterial enligt patentanspraket 1, ka.nnetecknat av att tackskiktet be-star av tunn vav, till exempel gasvav.
