قارنة عزل اهتزاز (140) تتكون من الجزء الأول من القارنة (146) والجزء الثاني من القارنة (148) ويحتوي على سطح خارجي وجزء سطح داخلي، والجزء العازل للاهتزاز (150) ويمتد ما بين الجزأين الأول (146) والثاني من القارنة (148). الجزء العازل للاهتزاز (150) الذي يتضمن جزءًا حلقيًا متينًا أول (143) وجزءًا حلقيًا متينًا ثانيًا (144). الجزء العازل للاهتزاز (150) يحتوي على مجموعة من الفتحات (190) الممتدة من الجزء الحلقي المتين الأول (143) باتجاه الجزء الحلقي المتين الثاني (144) لتشكيل مجموعة عناصر عزل الاهتزاز (156). يتم فصل كل مجموعة من مجموعات عناصر عزل الاهتزاز (156) عن مجموعات عناصر العزل القريبة منها باستخدام إحدى مجموعات الفتحات (190) المقابلة لها. مجموعة عناصر عزل الاهتزاز (156) المعنية بتمكين الدوران الالتوائي للجزء الأول من القارنة (146) بما يتناسب مع الجزء الثاني من القارنة (148).
