Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير عملية لإنتاج الميثانول methanol ، حيث تشتمل العملية على تلامس H2 وCO2 مع محفز صلب solid catalyst ، عند درجة حرارة تتراوح من 200 ْم إلى 300 ْم وعند ضغط مادة متفاعلة يتراوح من 15 ميجا باسكال إلى 50 ميجا باسكال، حيث يمثل ضغط مادة التفاعل مجموع الضغوط الجزئية لـ H2 وCO2، حيث تتراوح النسبة المولارية molar ratio لـ الهيدروجين Hydrogen (H2) و ثاني أكسيد الكربون (CO2) carbon dioxide من x: 1.0، حيث x يتراوح من 2.5 إلى 3.5؛ ويشتمل المحفز على: (1) مكون نحاس copper يمثل النحاس Copper( CU)، أكسيد النحاس الثنائي (CUO) Copper(II) oxide، أو أكسيد النحاس الأحادي Copper(I) oxide (Cu2O)، أو خليط من اثنين أو ثلاثة منها، و(2) أكسيد الزنك Zinc oxide (ZNO) ، حيث يكون للمحفز catalyst مساحة سطح محددة من النحاس copper تصل على الأقل إلى 10 م2/جم-محفز.
