Abstract
Se propone un método para el procesamiento, por tecnología de separación, de una corriente de producto (g) que contiene por lo menos éter dimetílico, metanol, agua, dióxido de carbono, monóxido de carbono e hidrógeno, a partir de un reactor (4) utilizado para la síntesis de éter dimetílico (z) a partir del gas de síntesis (e). La corriente de producto (g) se alimenta, en forma por lo menos parcialmente gaseosa, en una columna de absorción (6) operada con un reflujo de líquido, una corriente superior gaseosa (m) que es removida de la columna de absorción (6) en la parte superior y una corriente de sumidero de líquido (p) que es removida en el fondo. La corriente de sumidero (p) por lo menos parcialmente se alimenta en una primera columna de destilación (5), una corriente de transferencia gaseosa (q) que contiene éter dimetílico y una corriente (r) que contiene predominantemente metanol y/o agua que es removida de la primera columna de destilación (5). La corriente superior (m) es por lo menos parcialmente enfriada inicialmente a un primer nivel de temperatura y subsecuentemente además enfriada a uno o más niveles de temperatura adicionales, una primera corriente de condensado (n) que se forma después del enfriamiento al primer nivel de temperatura y una o más corrientes de condensado adicionales (s, t) que se forman después del enfriamiento adicional al nivel o niveles de temperatura adicionales. La primera corriente de condesando (n) se utiliza parcialmente para formar el reflujo de líquido y la corriente o corrientes de condensado adicionales (s, t) por lo menos parcialmente se alimenta en una columna de destilación (9)' de la cual una corriente de líquido (z) que contiene predominantemente éter dimetílico y pobre en o libre de dióxido de carbono se remueve en el fondo. La invención también se relaciona a un aparato de separación correspondiente y un aparato (100) para producir éter dimetílico.
