Claims (7)
1. Способ изменения концентрации исследуемого вещества в пробе биологической жидкости, отличающийся тем, что а) обеспечивают устройство, содержащее полую часть геометрического тела, заключенную между двумя секущими плоскостями, имеющую открытые концы неодинакового размера, меньший из которых, по существу, закрыт мембраной, которая имеет i) первую поверхность для приема пробы и ii) реактив для реакции с исследуемым веществом, чтобы вызвать в физически обнаружимом параметре мебраны изменение, которое можно измерить и связанное с концентрацией исследуемого вещества в пробе, б) наносят пробу на первую поверхность, в) измеряют изменение параметра, и г) определяют концентрацию исследуемого вещества по замеру изменения параметра.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что обеспечивают устройство на конце удлиненного измерительного прибора, который и поддерживает устройство и измеряет изменение параметра.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что удлиненный измерительный прибор имеет дальний участок, которому придана форма части геометрического тела, заключенной между двумя секущими плоскостями, для обеспечения сопрягающего контакта с устройством для проведения измерения.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что обеспечение устройства на конце измерительного прибора включает достижение устраняемого контакта периферийной канавки на дальнем участке измерительного прибора с лунками на периметре устройства без непосредственного контакта пользователя с устройством.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что реактив реагирует с исследуемым веществом, вызывая изменение цвета, а параметром мембраны, изменение которого измеряют, является коэффициент отражения второй поверхности, противоположной первой поверхности.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что пробой является цельная кровь, а исследуемым веществом - глюкоза в крови.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно снимают устройство с измерительного прибора без непосредственного контакта с устройством.
