Abstract

Описаны полупроницаемые мембраны для очистки водных биологических жидкостей. Эти мембраны, в частности, пригодны для очищения экстракорпоральной крови посредством гемодиализа. Мембраны, предпочтительно имеющие форму полых волокон, изготавливают из гидрофильного полимерного материала, предпочтительно ацетата целлюлозы. Мембраны имеют следующие характеристики: коэффициент ультрафильтрации K = 15 - 55 мл/ч • мм рт.ст. • м(так называемые "высокопроизводительные" мембраны), коэффициент массопередачи для мочевины K ≥38•10 см/мин и отношение K /K ≥2,5•10 . Полые волокна таких мембран, пригодных для гемодиализа, имеют диаметр внутреннего канала 175 - 210 мкм и толщину стенок 10 - 35 мкм. В соответствии с описанными методами изготовления мембран расплав, содержащий 32 - 40 мас.% ацетата целлюлозы, 5 - 10 мас.% глицерина и 50 65 мас.% полиэтиленгликоля, экструдируют, получая полые волокна; волокна охлаждают, подвергают холодной вытяжке, отмывают водой и репластифицируют раствором глицерина.

Claims (1)

  1. Описаны полупроницаемые мембраны для очистки водных биологических жидкостей. Эти мембраны, в частности, пригодны для очищения экстракорпоральной крови посредством гемодиализа. Мембраны, предпочтительно имеющие форму полых волокон, изготавливают из гидрофильного полимерного материала, предпочтительно ацетата целлюлозы. Мембраны имеют следующие характеристики: коэффициент ультрафильтрации KUF = 15 - 55 мл/ч • мм рт.ст. • м2 (так называемые "высокопроизводительные" мембраны), коэффициент массопередачи для мочевины KOV≥38•10-3 см/мин и отношение KOV/KUF≥2,5•10-3. Полые волокна таких мембран, пригодных для гемодиализа, имеют диаметр внутреннего канала 175 - 210 мкм и толщину стенок 10 - 35 мкм. В соответствии с описанными методами изготовления мембран расплав, содержащий 32 - 40 мас.% ацетата целлюлозы, 5 - 10 мас.% глицерина и 50 65 мас.% полиэтиленгликоля, экструдируют, получая полые волокна; волокна охлаждают, подвергают холодной вытяжке, отмывают водой и репластифицируют раствором глицерина.
