Abstract
본 발명은 수성의 생물학적 유체 정제용으로 적합한 반투막에 관한다. 이 막을 특히 혈액투석을 통한 체외 혈액 정제용으로 적당하다. 막, 바람직하게는 공동 섬유로 형성된 막은 친수성 중합 재료, 바람직하게는 셀룰로즈 아세테이트로 제조된다. 막의 특징은 약 15-약 55mL/시간/㎜Hg/m2의 한외여과 계수(KVF)(이 때문에 “고 플럭스”형 막으로 일컬어짐)와 최소한 38×10-3cm/분의 우레아 질량 전달계수(KOV)(우레아) 및 최소한 2.5×10-5인 KOV(우레아)/KVF의 비를 포함한다. 혈액 투석에 적당한 이러한 막의 공동섬유는 약 175-약 210㎛의 루맨 직경과 약 10-35㎛의 벽두께를 갖는다. 본 발명의 막 제조방법에 따르면, 약 32-약 80%w/w와 셀룰로 즈 아세테이트, 약 5-약 10%w/w의 글리세린, 및 약 50-약 65%w/w의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 구성되는 용융물로 압출시켜 공동 섬유를 제조하고 이 공동 섬유를 냉각시킨 다음 냉각 신장시키고 물로 침출시킨 후 글리세린 용액을 사용하여 재가소화시켰다.

Claims (18)
- 루멘 직경이 175-210㎛이고 벽 두께가 10-35㎛인 공동(空洞) 섬유로 형성된 친수성 중합재료로 구성되고, 막의 한외여과계수(KVF)가 15-55mL/시간/㎜Hg/m2, 우레아에 대한 질량 전달계수가 최소한 38×10-5㎝ /분이며 [KOV·(우레아))/KVF의 비가 칙소한 2.5×10-3인 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 15000-20000달톤의 분자량을 갖는 말토덱스트린에 대한 시브(sieve) 통계치가 최소한 0. 1인 막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 20000달톤 이상의 분자량을 갖는 말토덱스트린에 대한 시브 통계치가 최소한 0. 1 미만인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자랗 10000-60000달톤의 용질에 대하여 다음과 같은 비를 갖는 막.[식중: 5(mv)는 용질 분자량의 항수로서 막의 시브 계수임].

- 제7항에서, 단계 (b)후에 섬유를 세로로 신장시켜 섬유 길이를 20% 이하까지 증대시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.

- (a) 32-40%w/w의 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 5-1%w/w 글리세린, 및 150-600달톤의 분자량을 갖는 50 -60%w/w의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 균일한 혼합물로 실질적으로 구성되고 165-180℃의 온도에서 용융되는 첫 번째 용융물을 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 온도에서 첫번째 용융물을 압출시키고, 압출시킨 첫번째 용융물을 절단하고 냉각시켜 미립의 배합재료를 얻는 단계; (c) 165-180℃의 온도까지 상기의 미립 배합재료를 가열시켜 두번째 용융물을 형성하고 상기 온도에서 환헝 스피너레트(spinneret)를 통과시켜 압출시켜 원래의 길이를 갖는 고온의 공동 섬유를 얻는 단계; (d) 환형 스피너레트를 통과시켜 고온의 공동섬유를 압출시키면서 고온의 공동 섬유를 냉각시켜 폴피에틸렌 글리콜 및 글리세린으로부터 섬유내에서 셀룰로즈 아세테이트의 열적으로 유도된 상분리가 일어나도록 하는 단계; (e) 고온의 공동섬유를 냉각시키면서, 공동섬유를 세로로 신장시켜 이의 길이가 원래 길이에 비해 20% 이하까지 증대되도록 함으로써 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 글리세린으로부터 셀룰로즈 아세테이트의 열적으로 유도된 상분리가 추가로 일어나도록 하는 단계; (f) 70-85℃의 침출온도에서 단계 (e)에서 냉각시킨 공동섬유를 물과 접촉시켜 셀룰로즈 아세테이트로부터 글리세린 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 침출시키는 단계, (g) 30-40%w/w의 글리세린으로 구성하는 수성용액과 섬유를 접촉시켜 단계 (f)의 공동 섬유를 재가소화시키는 단계; 및 (h) 단계 (g)의 섬유로부터 물을 제거하여 섬유가 대기와 평형을 이루는 경우 상기 섬유내 글리세린 농도가 45-50%w/w, 물 농도가 15-18%w/w가 되도록 하는 단계로 구성되는 수성의 생물학적 액체 정제용으로 적합한 공동섬유의 반투막 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 단계 (h)에서, 섬유를 70-80℃ 공기 중에서 건조시켜 섬유로부터 물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 단계 (e)에서 공동섬유를 세로로 신장시킨 후 이 공동섬유가 175-210㎛의 루멘 직경과 10-35㎛의 벽두께를 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
