Abstract

Система способна определять износ компрессора путем измерения и сравнения подачи энергии на компрессор и степени изменения температуры или давления хладагента в компрессоре между начальным и следующим периодами и отличать износ приводной детали от износа создающей давление детали компрессора.
Claims (1)
- Основанная на микропроцессоре система управления кондиционированием/охлаждением воздуха, приспособленная для использования с компрессором переменной скорости, измеряющая ускорение компрессора и температуру или давление выходящего из него хладагента, определяющая степень изменения температуры или давления хладагента и уменьшающая ускорение компрессора, если степень изменения температуры или давления рабочей жидкости показывает перенапряжение компрессора. Перегрев хладагента поддерживается на первом заранее заданном уровне, когда компрессор работает на постоянной скорости, и увеличивается до второго, более высокого, заранее заданного уровня, когда компрессор ускоряется. Система способна определять износ компрессора путем измерения и сравнения подачи энергии на компрессор и степени изменения температуры или давления хладагента в компрессоре между начальным и следующим периодами и отличать износ приводной детали от износа создающей давление детали компрессора.
