Abstract
В способе термической обработки рельсов, в частности головки рельса, при котором охлаждение проводится в содержащем синтетическую добавку охлаждающем веществе, начиная с температур выше 720С, обработка путем погружения в охлаждающее вещество проводится до тех пор, пока после извлечения погруженных зон не будет получена температура поверхности от 450 до 550С без выравнивания температуры по всему поперечному сечению, чтобы при соблюдении оптимальных скоростей охлаждения для головки рельса избежать повышения твердости шейки рельса.
Claims (1)
- В способе термической обработки рельсов, в частности головки рельса, при котором охлаждение проводится в содержащем синтетическую добавку охлаждающем веществе, начиная с температур выше 720oС, обработка путем погружения в охлаждающее вещество проводится до тех пор, пока после извлечения погруженных зон не будет получена температура поверхности от 450 до 550oС без выравнивания температуры по всему поперечному сечению, чтобы при соблюдении оптимальных скоростей охлаждения для головки рельса избежать повышения твердости шейки рельса.
