Abstract
Катализатор, полученный путем реакции дисперсии алкоголята магния, величина частиц которого составляет от 100 до 3000 нм, с соединением металла из группы: титан, цирконий, ванадий и хром, а затем с хлорсодержащим алюминийорганическим соединением, дает весьма хорошую возможность реакции и высокую активность также в присутствии таких регуляторов молекулярного веса, как водород. Этот катализатор поэтому пригоден для производства низкомолекулярных полиолефинов. Катализатор дает возможность изготовления воскообразных соединений с уменьшенным содержанием остаточной золы. Большой диаметр зерна и низкая доля мелкой фракции полимерного порошка позволяет достичь легкое разделение суспензии и сушку. Кроме того, катализатор может использоваться для полимеризаций в растворе и вследствие большого диаметра зерна - в полимеризации в газовой фазе для производства поли-1-олефинов.
Claims (1)
- Катализатор, полученный путем реакции дисперсии алкоголята магния, величина частиц которого составляет от 100 до 3000 нм, с соединением металла из группы: титан, цирконий, ванадий и хром, а затем с хлорсодержащим алюминийорганическим соединением, дает весьма хорошую возможность реакции и высокую активность также в присутствии таких регуляторов молекулярного веса, как водород. Этот катализатор поэтому пригоден для производства низкомолекулярных полиолефинов. Катализатор дает возможность изготовления воскообразных соединений с уменьшенным содержанием остаточной золы. Большой диаметр зерна и низкая доля мелкой фракции полимерного порошка позволяет достичь легкое разделение суспензии и сушку. Кроме того, катализатор может использоваться для полимеризаций в растворе и вследствие большого диаметра зерна - в полимеризации в газовой фазе для производства поли-1-олефинов.
