Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее к непрерывной разливке металлов. Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в повышении выхода годных непрерывнолитых слитков. Указанный технический эффект достигают тем, что подают жидкий металл из разливочного ковша в вакуум-камеру, создают в ней необходимое по технологии остаточное давление, обрабатывают металл в вакуум-камере, подают металл в промежуточный ковш через патрубок и далее в кристаллизаторы. В процессе обработки металла в промежуточный ковш вводят алюминиевую проволоку в два места по продольной оси ковша симметрично патрубка на расстоянии от его оси. Изобретение предназначено для применения на действующих и вновь сооружаемых установках непрерывной разливки металлов.The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to the continuous casting of metals.
