Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее к непрерывной разливке металлов. Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в повышении интенсивности поточного вакуумирования металла в процессе непрерывной разливки и повышении выхода годных непрерывнолитых слитков. Указанный технический эффект достигают тем, что подают жидкий металл из разливочного ковша в вакуумкамеру, создают в ней разряжение до необходимого по технологии остаточного давления, подают металл в промежуточный ковш через отдельный патрубок и далее в кристаллизаторы. В процессе проточного вакуумирования одновременно подают инертный газ в вакуумкамеру через ее днище и через разливочное отверстие в разливочном ковше, при этом расход газа через днище вакуумкамеры устанавливают в пределах 0,5 - 1,5 от расхода газа через разливочное отверстие разливочного ковша. Изобретение предназначено для применения на действующих и вновь сооружаемых установках разливки металлов.The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to the continuous casting of metals.
