Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее - к непрерывной разливке металлов. Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в улучшении качества непрерывнолитых слитков. Указанный технический эффект достигают тем, что способ поточного вакуумирования металла при непрерывной разливке методом "плавка на плавку" включает подачу жидкого металла из разливочного ковша в вакуум-камеру, создание в ней разрежения до необходимого по технологии остаточного давления, подачу металла из вакуум-камеры в промежуточный ковш через сливной патрубок и далее в кристаллизаторы, вытягивание из них слитков, а также поочередную смену разливочных ковшей. В процессе разливки очередного разливочного ковша за 2-15 мин до его опорожнения в вакуум-камеру подают нейтральный газ с объемным расходом 60 - 120 м3/ч, повышают остаточное давление в ней до атмосферного значения, после чего объемный расход нейтрального газа снижают до значения 30 - 50 м3/ч, удаляют опорожненный разливочный ковш с вакуум-камеры, устанавливают на нее другой разливочный ковш, прекращают подачу нейтрального газа в вакуум-камеру и начинают понижать в ней давление до необходимого по технологии значения. In the process of pouring the next bottling bucket 2-15 minutes before it is emptied, a neutral gas with a volume flow of 60-120 m 3 / h is fed into the vacuum chamber, the residual pressure in it is increased to the atmospheric value, after which the volume flow of neutral gas is reduced to 30 - 50 m 3 / h, remove the emptied bottling bucket from the vacuum chamber, install another bottling bucket on it, stop supplying neutral gas to the vacuum chamber, and begin to reduce the pressure in it to the required technology. The invention is intended for use in continuous casting of metals.
