Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying liquid metal from pouring ladle into vacuumizer; creating vacuum till required residual pressure is set; supplying metal into intermediate ladle through discharge branch pipe and further into crystallizers. During vacuumizing, working residual pressure is decreased by 1.5-2.5 times as compared to initial value in direct proportion to pouring time of pouring ladle. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of continuously cast ingots.

Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в повышении эффективности поточного вакуумирования разливаемого металла и в улучшении качества непрерывнолитых слитков. Это достигается тем, что подают жидкий металл из разливочного ковша в вакуум-камеру, создают в ней разряжение до необходимого по технологии остаточного давления, подают металл в промежуточный ковш через сливной патрубок и далее в кристаллизаторы. В процессе поточного вакуумирования металла из очередного разливочного ковша уменьшают рабочее остаточное давление в вакуумкамере в 1,5 - 2,5 раза от начального его значения в прямо пропорциональной зависимости от времени разливки разливочного ковша. Изобретение предназначено для применения на установках непрерывной разливки металлов.The invention relates to metallurgy, and more particularly to continuous casting.
