Claims (1)
- Способ изготовления пористых листов на основе полимерного композита, армированного волокном, предусматривающий более эффективное предварительное нагревание листа до формования, содержит стадии смешения армирующих волокон с волокнами, образующими матрицу из смолы, с образованием тонкого листа или холстика. Этот тонкий лист затем нагревают до температуры, при которой волокна, образующие матрицу из смолы, плавятся и обволакивают армирующие волокна, склеивая их в точках перекрещивания. Полученный в результате тонкий лист можно непосредственно эффективно нагреть для формования. Этот тонкий лист является высокопористым, позволяя осуществить быстрое нагревание при умеренных перепадах давления во время последующих стадий предварительного нагревания. Полученная микроструктура, когда волокна, образующие матрицу из смолы, расплавляются, дополнительно усиливает нагревательную способность, так как структура сохраняет пористость во время последующей стадии нагревания, требуемой для формования. Вследствие того, что волокна, образующие матрицу из смолы, исходно были однородно смешены, высокооднородное распределение полимерного материала внутри матрицы из армирующих волокон дает выход отформованных изделий с высокооднородными свойствами.
