Claims (1)

Способ изготовления пористых листов на основе полимерного композита, армированного волокном, предусматривающий более эффективное предварительное нагревание листа до формования, содержит стадии смешения армирующих волокон с волокнами, образующими матрицу из смолы, с образованием тонкого листа или холстика. The resulting microstructure, when the fibers forming the resin matrix melt, further enhances the heating capacity, since the structure retains the porosity during the subsequent heating stage required for molding. Due to the fact that the fibers forming the resin matrix were initially uniformly mixed, the highly uniform distribution of the polymeric material inside the matrix of reinforcing fibers yields molded products with highly uniform properties.
