Claims (29)

1. Соединение, представленное формулой (1), или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль:

где А представляет собой фенил, необязательно замещенный от 1 до 2 атомами галогена, C1-6 алкильной группой, трифторметильной группой, C1-6 алкоксигруппой или -SCH3 группой, тиофенил, необязательно замещенный C1-C6 алкильной группой или атомом галогена, пиридинил, необязательно замещенный атомом галогена, нафталенил или дигидроинденил;
R1 представляет собой следующие формулы (Rla) или (Rlb):

R9 представляет собой атом водорода или -J-COOR10;
J представляет собой ковалентную связь, алкилен, содержащий от 1 до 5 атомов углерода, алкенилен, содержащий от 2 до 5 атомов углерода или алкинилен, содержащий от 2 до 5 атомов углерода, где один атом углерода в упомянутых алкиленовых группах может быть заменен атомом кислорода, атомом серы, NR11, CONR11 или NR11CO в любом химически разрешенном положении;
R11 представляет собой атом водорода; и R10 представляет собой атом водорода; и
р равно 0 или 1;
R2 представляет собой С1-6 алкильную группу;
каждый R3 и R4 независимо представляет собой С1-6 алкильную группу;
* обозначает асимметрический атом углерода; и
m равно целому числу от 1 до 3.
2. Соединение по п.1 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где А представляет собой фенил, необязательно замещенный от 1 до 2 атомами галогена, С1-6 алкильной группой, трифторметильной группой, С1-6 алкоксигруппой или -SCH3 группой, тиофенил, необязательно замещенный C1-6 алкильной группой или атомом галогена, нафтален-2-ил или 2,3- дигидроинден-2-ил; R2, R3 и R4 представляют собой метильную группу; и m=1.
3. Соединение по п.1 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где А представляет собой фенил, необязательно замещенный от 1 до 2 атомами галогена, C1-6 алкильной группой, трифторметильной группой, С1-6 алкоксигруппой или -SCH3 группой, тиофенил, необязательно замещенный С1-6 алкильной группой или атомом галогена, пиридинил необязательно замещенный атомом галогена; R2, R3 и R4 представляют собой метильную группу; и m=3.
4. Соединение по любому из пп.1-3 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где каждый R7 и R8 независимо представляет собой атом водорода, атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу, метоксигруппу или трифторметоксигруппу.
5. Соединение по любому из пп.1-3 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R9 представляет собой CH2CH2COOR10, CH2CH2CH2COOR10 или CH=CHCOOR10.
6. Соединение по любому из пп.1-3 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R1 представляет собой (Rla); р=0; Ar1 представляет собой (Ar1a) или (Arlb); R5 представляет собой атом водорода или атом хлора; и R6 представляет собой атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу или трифторметоксигруппу.
7. Соединение по любому из пп.1-3 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R1 представляет собой (Rlb); р=0; Ar2 представляет собой (Ar2a) или (Ar2b); R7 представляет собой атом водорода, атом хлора или атом фтора; и R8 представляет собой атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу или трифторметоксигруппу.
8. Соединение по п.4 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R9 представляет собой CH2CH2COOR10, CH2CH2CH2COOR10 или CH=CHCOOR10.
9. Соединение по п.4 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R1 представляет собой (Rlb); р=0; Ar2 представляет собой (Ar2a) или (Ar2b); R7 представляет собой атом водорода, атом хлора или атом фтора; и R8 представляет собой атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу или трифторметоксигруппу.
10. Соединение по п.1 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R9 представляет собой CH2CH2COOR10, CH2CH2CH2COOR10 или CH=CHCOOR10, и где R1 представляет собой (Rlb); p=0; Ar2 представляет собой (Ar2a) или (Ar2b); R7 представляет собой атом водорода, атом хлора или атом фтора; и R представляет собой атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу или трифторметоксигруппу.
11. Соединение по п.8 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, где R1 представляет собой (Rlb); p=0; Ar2 представляет собой (Ar2a) или (Ar2b); R7 представляет собой атом водорода, атом хлора или атом фтора; и R8 представляет собой атом фтора, атом хлора, метильную группу, этильную группу, трифторметильную группу или трифторметоксигруппу.

15. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.5 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
16. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.6 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
17. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.7 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
18. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.8 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
19. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.9 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
20. Лекарственное средство для стимуляции секреции РТН, содержащее в качестве действующего компонента соединение по п.11 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль.
