SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of ceramic mass for manufacturing facing tile. Ceramic mass for manufacturing facing tile includes the following constituent materials in mass %: kaolin - 58-62; bentonite - 3-5; wollastonite - 20-24; talc - 3-5; pearlite - 3-5; alumina - 5-7.

EFFECT: increase of strength of products made from ceramic mass.

Компоненты дозируют в соответствующих количествах, размалывают мокрым способом. Массу обезвоживают до влажности 9-12% и методом полусухого прессования под давлением 30 МПа изготавливают плитку толщиной 8-10 мм, которую сушат и обжигают. Прочность плитки 30-35 МПа.The components are dosed in appropriate quantities, milled wet.
