The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular to a composition of ingredients for alcohol-water tincture-balm
Known compositions of ingredients for a bitter tincture-balsam containing a golden root, golden scrub, birch buds, mint, chamomile, plantain, honey, cognac, water-alcohol liquid [1], as well as a bitter tincture-balm "Siberia" containing a golden root , tansy, mint, plantain, wormwood, birch buds, honey, color [2]. The closest technical solution of the known compositions of the ingredients is the composition "Homeopath" containing a golden root (Rhodiola rosea), tansy, mint, plantain, Valerian root, chaga, highlander grass, rose hips, sea buckthorn fruits, frankincense root, calamus root, lemongrass ( berries), nettle leaf, sugar syrup, color, honey, lingonberry juice, viburnum juice, rowan fruit juice and water-alcohol liquid [3].

A disadvantage of the known composition is overload by plants growing in various geographically remote regions
The aim of the invention is to increase the immunostimulating and tonic effect of the finished product, expanding the range of drinks, as well as the most complete use of Far Eastern plant resources.

This is achieved by the fact that the proposed composition additionally containing juniper fruits, rosemary shoots, lingonberry leaves, viburnum bark, rhubarb roots, rhizomes and valerian roots, alder fruit, chaga, highlander grass, rose hips, sea buckthorn fruits, eleutherococcus roots, aralia roots rhizomes of incense, lemongrass seeds, nettle leaves, lingonberry juice, viburnum juice, rowan juice, sugar syrup, in the following ratio of ingredients, kg / 1000 gave:

The proposed bitter tincture - Ayansky balm is prepared as follows: 0.8-8.0 kg of golden root, 0.05-0.5 kg of tansy, 0.4-4.0 kg of mint, 0.05-0.5 kg of plantain, 0.05-0.5 kg of wormwood, 1.5-2.5 kg of birch buds, 0.3-3.0 kg of juniper fruits, 0.2-2.0 kg of rosemary shoots, 5.0- 10.0 kg of lingonberry leaves, 5.0-10.0 kg of viburnum bark 3.0-6.0 kg of rhubarb roots, 0.1-0.5 kg of valerian roots and rhizomes, 0.5-2.5 kg of fruit alder, 0.5-1.5 kg chaga, 0.1-0.5 kg highlander grass, 0.5-4.0 kg rose hips, 2.0-10.0 kg sea buckthorn fruits, 2.5-3 , 0 kg of eleutherococcus roots, 0.1-0.5 kg of aralia roots, 0.5-1.5 kg of incense rhizomes, 0.4-0.5 kg of root Eurasian calamus, 0.1-0.5 kg of lemongrass seeds, 1.0-2.0 kg of nettle leaves, pour 70 ^{o with an} aqueous-alcoholic liquid in a ratio of 1: 2.5 and insist for 7-10 days (days) at stirring occasionally. Both batches of infusions are mixed, filtered and a blend is prepared. The combined filtered infusion of plant material is pumped into the container, 350 l of lingonberry juice, 200 l of viburnum juice, 600 l of apple juice, 300 l of rowan fruit juice, 550 kg of sugar syrup, 250 kg of honey, 65 kg of color mixed with water are added. Everything is mixed, brought to a fortress of 45 ^{o with an} aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the blend is defended for 2-3 days, filtered and served on bottling.

 The proposed composition allows to increase the biological value, produces an immunostimulating and tonic effect, stimulating effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, expands the range of drinks and involves the Far East resources growing in the environmentally friendly Ayan-May district of Khabarovsk Territory.

The composition of the ingredients for the bitter tincture is a balsam containing calamus rhizomes, aralia roots, incense rhizomes, birch buds, valerian roots and rhizomes, highlander grass, nettle grass, magnolia vine seeds, peppermint grass, sea buckthorn fruits, tansy flowers, plantain leaves, rhodiola (golden root), chaga, rose hips, eleutherococcus roots, honey, sugar syrup, color and water-alcohol liquid, characterized in that it additionally contains shoots of rosemary, lingonberry leaves, lingonberry juice, viburnum bark, viburnum juice, juniper fruit, olod fruit and herb wormwood, rhubarb roots, rowan berry juice, apple juice ingredients in the following ratio, kg / 1000 dal of finished product:
