EFFECT: invention improves the balsam organoleptic indicators due to ensuring a full, slightly bitter taste with a black currant presence, complex and spicy, with balsam aroma tones and causing no hangover syndrome after consumption.

The invention relates to the distillery industry and is a new type of alcoholic product, which uses the beneficial properties of biologically active plant materials.

The prior art composition of the ingredients for the bitter tincture, containing birch buds, lemon balm lemon and water-alcohol liquid, while it additionally contains the extract of hodgepodge hill "Lohein", eleutherococcus roots, magnolia vine fruits, lime blossom and chamomile medicinal (RU 2113463 C1, 06/20/1998).

It contains: common anise (fruits), medicinal valerian (root), cloves (unblown flower buds), coriander seed (fruits), safflower levius (root), juniper berry, peony evading (root), burdock big (root), frangipani (leaves), lingonberry (leaves), meadow geranium (tops of flowering stems), narrow-leaved fireweed (tops of flowering stems), motherwort (tops of flowering stems), knotweed (flowering stems), black currant (vet Ki), common blueberries (leaves), fresh lemons, fresh oranges, cherries (fruits), rose hips (dried fruits), hawthorn (dried fruits), birch buds, sweet clover (tops of flowering stems), peppermint (leaves), yarrow ordinary (inflorescences), thyme (tops of flowering stems), pine nuts, apples, red mountain ash (dried fruits), bird cherry (dried fruits), honey, sugar, color, water-alcohol liquid.

Balm made according to the specified composition has the following indicators:

The main disadvantages of this composition are a large assortment of raw materials, which leads to the effect of repeated biological effects of ingredients repeating to varying degrees, as well as the presence of ingredients with antagonistic biological effects on the human body, such as hawthorn and Valerian officinalis, reduce the central nervous system excitability, providing a sedative exposure, and safflower levzea (maral root) and motherwort ordinary increase the excitability of the central nervous system, providing an exciting action.

The objective of the invention is the creation of a composition of ingredients for balsam, useful to the human body, using environmentally friendly plant materials, tested by many years of traditional medicine and the recommendations of modern medicine.

The technical result of the proposed composition of ingredients is to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the final product by obtaining a full, bitter, with blackcurrant presence of taste, complex, spicy aroma with balsamic tones and the absence of a hangover syndrome after using the product in individually acceptable amounts.

The essence of the technical solution lies in the fact that the composition of the ingredients for the balsam, including extracts of a double extract of fruit and berry raw materials: hawthorn (fruits), peppermint

(leaves, stems, flowers), rose hips (fruits), spicy-aromatic plant materials: medicinal valerian (roots), honey component, 65.8% sugar syrup, color and water-alcohol mixture, additionally contains fruit and berry extracts plant materials: oak (bark), oregano (grass), St. John's wort (stems, flowers), calendula (flowers), buckthorn (bark), linden (flowers), bitter wormwood (stems, flowers), and spicy aromatic plant materials : grapefruit (crusts), allspice (fruits), eucalyptus (leaves), Ukrainian na (fruit), as well as an extract of black currants (berries) in the following amounts for 1000 gave the finished product:

c) 500-505 l of water - alcohol infusion of black currant of the first and second plums, obtained by ten-day extraction in a water-alcohol mixture of the first bay with a volume of 350-355 l, strength 70-71% vol. 150-155 kg of blackcurrant berries and seven-day extraction in a water-alcohol mixture of the 71st bay, with a volume of 200-205 liters, with a strength of 50-51% vol. the mass of blackcurrant berries remaining after the 1st discharge.

d) 250-255 l of the honey component, obtained by dissolving 120-125 kg of bee honey, natural in 130-135 l, heated to 30-35 deg. C corrected drinking water, with the addition of it to the specified volume of the component.

The presence of new distinctive features of the patented composition in comparison with the prototype represents the conformity of the claimed technical solution to the criterion of "novelty."

The composition has an inventive step, since the combination of ingredients in the proposed ratios leads to the appearance of new organoleptic properties, namely, a full, bitter, blackcurrant taste and complex spicy aroma with balsamic tones, as well as the absence of a hangover syndrome after using the product in individually acceptable quantities.

All ingredients included in the composition of the composition are widely known, are in the State Pharmacopoeia Register of the Russian Federation and are approved for industrial use.

-water-alcoholic infusions of fruit and vegetable raw materials (hawthorn, oak, oregano, pierced hypericum, marigold, buckthorn, linden, peppermint, wormwood, wild rose), aromatic plant materials (medicinal valerian, grapefruit, allspice, eucalyptus, dill), blackcurrant berries are prepared by double extraction for seven days and five days in a water-alcohol mixture with a strength of 70-71% vol. and 50-51% vol. in the first and second terms of extraction, respectively,

- the honey component is obtained by dissolving natural bee honey in heated drinking water heated to 30-35 ° C,

- 65.8% sugar syrup is obtained by dissolving beet sugar in heated drinking water heated to 30-35 ° C.

When preparing the balm in a blending container with a mixing device of sufficient volume filled with 50-55% of the estimated volume of the blend with a water-alcohol mixture with a strength of 45% vol. pre-filtered ingredients are added sequentially:

water-alcohol infusions of fruit and berry and aromatic plant materials, blackcurrant, honey component, sugar syrup, color, including a mixing device for 5-10 minutes after making each of the following ingredients. After blending is completed, add the remaining volumes of rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw materials and drinking water corrected based on the strength of 45% +/- 0.3% vol. and include stirring for 30 minutes

At the end of mixing, an average sample is taken for analysis, and if it does not match for any of the controlled indicators, the blend is corrected by making the required components.

After repeated mixing, the blend is again analyzed and so on until the required performance is achieved, after which the product is sent for final filtration, for example, on a Progress type filter press. As a filter material used filter cardboard brand "T" or "KTF-P" according to GOST 12290-88.

At the end of the filtration, the product is aged for three days (time of passage of assimilation processes), after which it is fed to the filling line.

Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of the balm made according to the patented composition is carried out according to GOST 4827-70.

Mixing together the above set of mutually complementary ingredients leads to an improvement in the organoleptic characteristics of the final product, the activation of the human body systems, the provision of a general strengthening and tonic effect on the human body due to the full bitter, blackcurrant flavor, complex, spicy aroma with balsamic tones and the absence of a hangover syndrome after consuming the product in individually acceptable amounts.
